The room was dated at definitely could use some updates. There were three remote controls to operate the TV with no instructions. The sink had wear damage and dated hardware. No cup in the bathroom for brushing your teeth and once in your mouth. No courtesy bottles of water. Room cleanliness was questionable. And when I booked the room, it said city view, and I was looking at a Storage compound from my window. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic and cold. Overpriced for what was received.

This was a great find for our night in Brandon. Great location with nearby restaurants. We had a King room with separate area for couch, chair, small table. Clean bathroom with lots of space. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Waffle machine, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and beans. Lots to drink (juice, coffee, milk). Great start for the day. Front desk staff were fantastic in helping settle us in and explaining all we needed to know. Had a zoom meeting the next morning and they accommodated my request for a one hour later checkout. It was greatly appreciative.
