A 120-year old, two story brick townhouse. This old gal will keep you warm and cozy. You'll feel right at home with her hard wood floors, and modern kitchen.

Small, private backyard features a hot tub to warm up those chilly Manitoba evenings, firepit and outdoor furniture.

There are 3 bedrooms, a queen, a double, and a single over double bunk bed. All very comfy beds.

Close to walk to groceries, the YMCA gym & pool, pubs, great tacos and Brandon University. 10 minute drive to the Brandon Hills with beautiful treed walking and biking trails. 1 hour drive to Riding Mountain National Park.
