The hotel is nice. It was clean. The things I wasn’t impressed by were the pillows. They were small and poor quality. The breakfast wasn’t very impressive either. Most things were cold. Even the hot water for tea wasn’t hot.

Booked here mainly for the pool and hot tub, but only found out upon check in that the hot tub was broken. The pool is very small, so it gets crowded quickly. The pool was also a bit dirty, dont think the filter was working, since there was lots of gravel on the bottom of the pool and hair floating around. The elevator smelt awful! And the smell didn't dissipate atcall during my stay. The breakfast is minimal, and they have a limit on how much eggs and sausages you can eat/person. The waffle machine was a plus! The room was clean. And i liked thatbit had laundry facilities available, and they cost only $3 a load/machine

It was all great from check in to check out. The lovely older lady is the best in the breakfast room. We've stayed there many times and she is so efficient & keeps it clean and food and coffee filled. The others not so much (dirty tables, dishes, and not very motivated),

The old lady in the breakfast room should be replaced, she is rude, not at all friendly, it look to us she can't tolerate people from southeast Asia, her body language and expression clearly fell us uncomfortable while eating our breakfast. She should get some back house duties like housekeeping NOT in the front serving customers. Will be not coming again here! Avoid if you are from South East Asia!
