We loved our stay. It was perfect for what we needed, updated, and clean with a beautiful view and close to all of our favorite Branson sites. We will definitely be using them again!

Our host had great communication and check in was super easy. We stayed in the winter months, but this property has a nice pool and game room. The best part of this property was the lake view!

We arrived and our door code didn’t work. The place was not clean and had 7 lights missing or out. The deck door is off track, the deck chairs are dry rotted. Ant infestation. Beds so uncomfortable. Couch worn out. View is not like the pictures. TV didn’t work half the time due to internet connection. The people brought us lightbulbs and ant traps. We stayed in this exact cabin a year ago and it is seriously run down now. A dog on property attacked my dog and she had to be rushed into surgery. Even after telling the host about the ants, chairs, door, beds, and being very dirty they didn’t even offer any compensation. The game room needs an update and batteries in some games. There’s no light outside on the deck so it’s dangerous going down the stairs. The grounds keeper drives around at 8:30am singing as loud as he can cursing about this and that. For some reason police patrol this area heavy. I was told “ it’s Missouri and it’s ant season .. I live here and never seen that many ants anywhere I’ve stayed. We won’t be going back to that cabin ever again. The only reason we did go back was because we could bring our dogs ( two French bulldogs) and the boat slip. This time staying was a huge disappointment and not worth the money. My daughter has bite marks all over her body due to the ants ( she’s always been allergic to ants) all of our bodies hurt due to the lack of comfort with beds and couch.They offered to try and find some new deck chairs, but I was just over it.

Cute Cabin

Cabin was spacious and clean. Extra toilet paper, paper towels and bath towels. Remote for tv volume was broken. Had to use our own account to access tv. Sliding door needs to be adjusted as it didn't close completely even - gap at the bottom side.. Nice Home Interiors decor. No table on porch as in pictures and couldn't locate game room shown on website. Ice Cream truck rolled around one night.

Less than impressed

Made the reservations 3 months in advance to ensure we had our own cabin close to the water. To start, we never got our check in info. We had to call the 1800 number and wait for a call back. Once in our cabin, we noticed used ear swabs and dirty towels in the bathroom. We called to complain and had to wait an additional 40 mins for management to show up. Management moved us to another cabin that neighbored a couple with dogs that bsrked so might long. Our hot tub was enpty and dirty and that's a perk lidsted. We had warm water but none in the kitchen. Arcade was very cold, pool sticks were broken. And chsirs were unssfe to sit in. Management originally stated we would be refunded and then stated when e came back we couldget a night free. I really just want my refu

Excellent getaway

This was just a quick weekend away. Facility was exactly as described. We were out of season for much outside activities but look forward to utilizing them on our next visit. We would recommend this.
