Located right next door to The Landing at Eagles Nest Clubhouse and just minutes from Silver Dollar City, this first-floor condo keeps all the fun close by. After a full day at the park, enjoy the easy ¼-mile drive back to relax and unwind.

With 1,400 sq ft of living space, there’s plenty of room to spread out, reconnect, and make lasting memories. The large, well-equipped kitchen makes meals and family dinners simple, while the private deck offers partial views of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains.

Nice spacious condo on a quiet property conveniently located near Silver Dollar City and the lake. The owners communicated well and made it an easy process getting settled in and leaving at the end of our trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay.

The condo was well appointed, clean and quiet. Our host, Staci, was attentive and has excellent communication skills. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and splash pad, which were both super clean! The proximity to everything is awesome. It’s great to be so close to the action, but not have the feeling of being in town. The views were also very nice. We had board games for rainy day entertainment, plenty of extra linens and supplies for cleaning up after kids.

Well-appointed, nice condo next door to Silver Dollar City.

We really enjoyed this property! The kitchen in huge and there is plenty of living space. Master bedroom is really nice as well as the bathroom. The other bedroom/bathroom is nice, too. We would certainly stay here again.

Family had a lot of fun and enjoyed both pools. Wish we could access the pool from the outside gate. The house was pretty clean. I have a kiddo with asthma that noticed it. Location and view were great. Would prob stay there again. Check in/out was easy and smooth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on property this past weekend. Communication was clear & excellent with the host & staff. The pools, playground, and splash pads were wonderful for our kids and I enjoyed the hot tub. The condo was lovely, nicely decorated, & very clean. The property was large enough for our family of 6 ! Loved the proximity to the pools and the space the home provided. The views were beautiful from the back deck and the home was stocked with all the supplies we needed to enjoy our stay. Only issue I had was the bathtub could use a little more cleaning due to the jets having mildew or mold in them , everything else about the home was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

Great Location for SDC!

We traveled with another family for an extended weekend trip to ride the Polar Express and do SDC. This was a great location. Far enough out to stay out of the traffic but still close to a lot of great restaurants and plenty to do. And the kids loved the indoor pool and play area.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Clear Lake very much! The close location to Silver Dollar City is perfect and the house was very nice and spacious. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had, which was appreciated! We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful deck. My only complaints are that the pull out couch in the living room was pretty much un useable. The mattress was so thin that you could feel every metal bar of the bed frame through it. I had my 11 year old sleep on it and even she had a terrible backache after two nights. I think it would be impossible for an adult to sleep on. The pool was great! However, the hours to swim are very limited. It’s pretty much only open during the time frame that most people would be out and about at Silver Dollar City. We had planned to swim in the evenings and mornings, but it was closed. It opens about the same time as Silver Dollar City. I would love to see them put in a coded access for guests to use anytime, or at least at more user friendly times like 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. All in all, even with the couple of negatives, we would stay here again.
