Walk out on the back patio to this small creek with duck swimming down and the 16th green just on the other side! Very peaceful just setting on the patio with your morning coffee and watching the wildlife from deer, ducks or even a Marmot. Condo is nestled inside this gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. What a wonderful getaway with family and/or friends. This condo includes everything you will need with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, board games(in guest closet) and Cornhole game on the back patio. The community has a lot of amazing amenities which is just a small walk up the hill to. They include an indoor pool in the winter or big outdoor pool in the summer months and a nice hottub. Also Tennis, Pickleball and basketball courts and a Tiki bar to order pizza, snacks and drinks. Or just go inside for some great food at the grill. There is also an indoor fitness room you can use with your access key card. Pet must be approved by owner and if approved pet fee is $60. Also Pointe Royale doesn't allow boats on the property but there is a boat storage across the street...just call 417-239-3333.

Host was great - very responsive, and the condo was well-stocked and everything was working well. We've stayed at Pointe Royale before, and enjoy all the amenities (indoor pool, very nice bar and grill, etc.).The only downside specific to our family was the bunk bed situation in the second bedroom. Our kids are both in their 20's, and neither liked the upper bunk. It might work well for younger kids. The fold-out couch in the living room was a good option for us.

We had an easy, comfortable stay. The location was great for things to do in Branson. The facility is nice. We used the indoor pool during a rainy day and it was easy to find and access. The host is very responsive, which is so appreciated!The kitchen was well stocked and the drip/kcup coffee marker was tip notch!There was an open grassy area right next to the condo we could walk our dog around. All around a great experience. I would stay here again.

Great condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 plus our pup. The location was quite and and only a short drive to the pool, pickleball courts and clubhouse. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that we needed and more. We were only 5-20 mins from on everything on the strip and Silver Dollar City. Jim was a great host for us and kept up in the loop on happenings in the resort for the 4th of July festivities. We will definitely be booking here again.

Very nice condo, very clean with comfortable beds. Loved sitting on the back porch watching the golfers at the 16th green. We had a little dog and could walk her around the corner of the building to a nice shady grassy area. We usually visit Branson once a year. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for dance Nationals. We had a lovely stay and this place was perfect for our family of 4 and our small dog. We saw ducks, geese, deer and felt right at home! The pool was wonderful, great location, zero issues.

Perfect Holiday Blend

My family loved the layout of this condo- perfect blend between bedroom/bathroom privacy and living room/kitchen togetherness. The amenities were abound- believe that the owner lives summers here; kitchen had all the pots/pans, glasses/cups, flatware, utensils and appliances that you could want (loved the multi-function Keurig). It was awesome that the Smart TVs had ‘Guest’ accounts for holiday movies without having to change Settings. Clean and well decorated to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy the stay!
