We needed a place to stay last minute. We were in 3rd bldg, 3rd floor. Elevator quick and close. Room was good, TV good. Quiet. Beds comfortable and clean room,.

Stayed on third floor. Room was very outdated. Bedds were very uncomfotable and the heater did not get warm. Called front desk. The guy came right up to look at it, saud he fixed it. It never warmed up.

I have to confess that when I pulled up and saw a boarded up window I wanted to cry, I hate booking hotels in areas I have not been to before. However, once inside I was pleasantly surprised. It’s clean, staff is very nice, and it turned out to be a lovely 2 nights. I love how close to Silver Dollar City it is. It’s quiet. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. They accommodated our small dog. Overall, just a lovely place to stay.

Most AMAZING SERVICE by all staff.

The staff at the Drury Hotel is fantastic and friendly—literally, everyone you encounter in all departments. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was hot and offered a wide variety of items to choose from. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food and beverage options during the early dinner hour. We parked in their parking garage, which has easy elevator access, for a fee. The hotel is just three blocks from Broadway Street in downtown Nashville and close to several museums. We travel frequently and give this place 10 stars!
