Enjoyed our stay.Our only issue, albeit a very small one, was housekeeping showing up around 8:30 to clean, and we weren’t ready. Beds were comfy, desserts were good, plumbing was good and we only ran out of hot water once. I’d stay again, definitely.

Overall, it was a good place to stay. Would I stay there again? Yes. The girl at front desk was polite. The cobbler and ice-cream at night was delicious. Loved that they had Christmas lights in Dining room. Close to 76 Blvd. Parking was good. Quiet area. The bed was very firm. I prefer a softer mattress but my husband said it was ok. The toilet is very low to the floor. There was long black hair in bathroom floor when we arrived.

Amazing place to stay....

Everything from reservations to check out was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, property clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I will always recomend Brookwood to anyone that asks and everyone else!! Thank you for a great stay.

The property could be updated a little but overall the staff was helpful and nice..Rooms was clean but a little outdated. Rooms was clean and it was stock with all the essentials. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN

Would definitely stay again! At 9pm they serve cookies, cobbler and ice cream in the lounge it was a nice surprise! Leigh at the front desk was so sweet helpful and kind to us! Bed was comfortable, great a/c and water pressure was great!

Disappointed stay

The hotel is old and the carpet is old. The furnishings are old. Shower curtain smelled like urine. I think the pictures they have posted online are from 20 years ago. The front desk woman was very nice and they do make a hot dessert every evening. We were hoping for a heated pool and it was not and we could not use it. It was just very disappointing.

Girls trip stay

Excellent location. Close to the strip. Easy to get in and out of. Rooms were cleaned every day. Rooms were quiet. Never heard other guests from other rooms. Nice breakfast in the morning and yummy desserts of an evening.

Not handicapped friendly

I was traveling with my elderly mother who has mobility issues. When I made the reservation months ago I asked for a handicapped accessible room, but never got that. The breakfast is your typical breads and pastries, but you have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the breakfast area. That should be illegal, as they don't have an elevator. The breakfast area should be on the main floor so that elderly and handicapped people can access it too.

We've previously stayed at this motel and had no issues. We did experience a few issues during this stay. We stayed in Room #210 and it smelled very musty. Also, the vinyl on the brown chair by window was worn through to the fabric backing in several places. This chair is disgusting and needs to replaced immediately. We also had issues with the breakfast attendant not replenishing the food in a timely manner, and thus the breakfast bar ran out food for extended periods of time. The room with the breakfast bar is also not handicap accessible.
