Clean rooms, nice staff, great facility. Love the milk, cobbler and ice cream in the evening - also breakfast. Good proximity to everything! We’d love to stay whenever we visit Branson.

The room was very clean, check in was fast but…. The toilet paper is awful, the tv kept going off and we could have used more towels. We didn’t let her clean our room which would have brought in more towels but we stayed 4 nights and we had stuff everywhere but 4 towels from the start would have been better instead of 3 towels for 2 people

We Enjoyed our 2 night stay at Brookwood Inn in Branson, Mo. Our Room was very Clean and Cozy, Beds were Comfortable, Plenty of Towels, etc., and it was very Accommodating for our Needs. The Staff was very Courteous, Helpful, Kind, and Professional, and the Check-in/Check-out process was Super Easy. Breakfast was Served each Morning, with Dessert being Served in the Evenings. The Staff went out of their way to make sure everything was Wonderful! We look forward to Staying at the Brookwood Inn in the future! Thank You So Much! We

The rooms were clean. The furniture was old and needed repair. The night staff was great and super friendly! The day staff was ok. There is no elevator at this property. Overall, it was fine.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would like to stay there again. Room had a light clean scent. Great bed and nice hot breakfast. Cappuccino machine available as well. We also enjoyed the cookies and ice cream at 9 pm. Their motto “ the hotel that tries to be like a bed and breakfast” fits.

Room was clean. With exception of the chair that needed some repair, the room was fairly updated. AC unit appeared to be new. Has a good breakfast. I really like the coffee/expresso options.

•Would prefer individual milk containers, rather than a gallon of community milk for breakfast. •Enjoyed the Bible channel playing on the tv in the dining area. •Clean room. Pillows, sheets and mattress very comfy. A/C is comfortable, works well. •Building and furniture are dated, but the property is well kept and the customer service is great! I have paid much more for fancy places that had terrible staff & service. •Evening dessert is a bonus.

Not nice place to stay in Branson.

Asked for first floor and and placed in room with outside stairs. All rooms below us on first empty. Old furnishings in poor condition. Found 3 inch “noodle?” bottom of orange cup after I drank it. Left after first night. Worked with Hotels.com for refund next two nights but motel management refused.
