Family friendly two bedroom, two bathroom condo right next to Silver Dollar City. Just minutes from the park! Nestled right by Table Rock Lake in Indian Point. Near Branson, Branson West and close to Kimberling City. You almost couldn’t get any closer to SDC and without of all the busy traffic!

All the amenities you could want for kids of any age (even an arcade game in the condo). Indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and even a splash pad all right there for the children to play after exploring SDC.

Enjoy and relax knowing you are right around the corner to anything and everything in Branson. Cave adventure, boat rentals and golf course. The condo is friendly for strollers and wheelchairs (no stairs!) being ground level and having an elevator.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for any meal and even a grill on your private walk out patio. Enjoy an outdoor corn hole game just a short distance to the lake! Marina is just minutes away.

This comfortable and relaxing condo features a king size bed in the master bedroom. The other bedroom with a comfy queen size bed and the couch folds out to sleep even more! After a good night sleep, beat the crowds without the traffic and enjoy your day.

Pack and play, space saver high chair and a few kids games are available as well! Condo #1 is on the ground floor with a walk out porch.

Pool is located at 31/39 Songbird Cir. It’s just two streets up! Pool hours do vary based on the month and day. The indoor pool and splash are open year round minus January 5-February 1 for maintenance.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. So quiet and peaceful, comfortable bed, very clean. Laura and Jason are a great Host and Hostess. The location is perfect! So close to Silver Dollar City and Branson entertainment as well as Table Rock Lake. We will definitely stay here again.
