Room and bathroom on 4th floor were clean and immaculate. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Bonnie at front desk was nice and professional. She and Caleb, property mgr, were quick and efficient in helping me change my accommodations. Great location to entertainment and restaurants.

clean room, good location, front checkin staff were very helpful. only 3rd and 4th floor Ice machines were working,and only 1 washing machine and dryer were working,some guests had to wait to use them.

We had several problems on this stay. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly, the refrigerator wasn't working and the TV wouldn't work. The staff did address everything and all was working for the second night. The hotel is off the main road (hwy 76) enough that there isn't any noise and the surrounding area, like much of the Ozarks, is beautiful.
