Welcome to Foothills Tranquility, a well-maintained home with a superb location to access Branson’s best attractions. The space is ideal for a mid-size family or group who is looking for convenience and on-site amenities to enjoy between activities.

The Space:
The living space highlights a large sofa with recliner, TV, and access to the outside balcony. The covered balcony offers a dining set and overlooks the community pool. Perfect for watching over the family as they splash around.

Steps away, a kitchen comes equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up signature dishes from home. Additional appliances and cookware are also available for your convenience. The extended counter offers stool seating, and you can enjoy formal meals together at the dining table for 6.

The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 2 suite-style bedrooms, each furnished with cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 highlights a King bed, TV, and shared en-suite. The en-suite offers a shower/tub combo and is accessible from the living area as a guest bath.

Bedroom #2 is equipped with 2 Full beds, TV, a private en-suite, and access to the outside balcony. The shared en-suite features a jetted shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The location of this condo is perfect. The layout is very nice. The area rug is a tripping hazard because the end is curling up. It needs to be replaced. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice. Just a couple of minor things.

Lovely condo. Clean, quiet, comfortable, easy-to-find, and safe. The location is great (in proximity to the main attractions)! The hosts were so welcoming, responsive and helpful. Quiet setting. Great location, central to attractions, dining, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool a lot. The indoor hot tub was a nice temperature but had an unusually high chlorine level, which seemed toxic, and we couldn’t use it. The chlorine burned our eyes and it was difficult to breathe. It was probably just treated but it was too strong and we had to exit right away. The condo was nice and spacious, especially the kitchen. The king bed was comfortable with the foam topper, but we wished we had our own pillows. There were plenty of pillows, but none were like our own. The ceiling fan in the king bedroom was nice for airflow but not on a remote, so I was up and down during the night to change settings. The sectional was a primary reason for selecting the condo since it looked like a great place to relax, but one end chair was broken and wouldn’t pop up or recline, and the recliner on the other end was also broken and wouldn’t raise correctly. When it did raise, it was stuck in the reclined position and wouldn’t push back down. It was awkward getting out of it. So not exactly as advertised. The edges of the large rug in the living area are curled up and a trip hazard and not very attractive. The living room carpet had a big stain, and wasn’t properly cleaned or vacuumed and I picked up someone’s hair on my socks. Three TV remotes are confusing. Overall we had a good stay, but the condo really needed a deep cleaning, especially the floors.

Nice stay just short drive from the main Branson attractions

Nice condo unit on 2nd floor of building. Quiet location just minutes from the main Branson attractions. This place has the basic needs of a kitchen, two bedroom, two bath, living room, and a little patio overlooking to pool.

Outside is invested with RED WASP

Our recent stay was disappointing. Within two minutes of arrival, my daughter was stung by a red wasp. The presence of four bottles of wasp spray under the kitchen sink strongly suggests management was aware of a wasp problem but failed to warn us. They also never followed up after we informed them we were leaving to treat the sting.Beyond the wasp issue, we had to sprint in and out of the condo due to a perceived insect threat. The rug edges were rolled up, creating a tripping hazard. Despite a "no pets" policy, we found cigarette butts on the balcony, which was problematic as I'm allergic to smoke. While we appreciated the condo's proximity to the strip, these issues mean we will be finding a different place to stay next time.

Terrific location. Everything was as advertised. The sauna, indoor pool and fitness center were perfect for the boys. The kitchen and living areas spacious and just right for nights in. Tech all worked great. Bring hand soap, one suggestion would be to add an ice cream scoop to the drawer

This condo was amazing for our family. It did not have a coffee pot, but a Keurig. The property was quiet which we loved. More than enough room for 4+. The pots and pans were nice for making breakfast. All we had to do was text the number with any issues and it was resolved. We had an issue with the 2nd bathroom tub where it would not plug. It was fixed the same day. The only thing I would recommend is getting a new king sized bed. The other queen beds were great, but the king was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was wonderful, and we would stay here again! .

Another Family Reunion

Like last year we had a small family reunion here. Branson is almost there center point for what's left of my husband's family. We mostly just stay in the unit and wait for the rest of the family to get there. Then we visit and thoroughly enjoy the day. We hope to do it again next year

Excellent location.

I have stayed in a lot of VBRO locations but this one was the best stocked location. It’s near everything but you can’t hear the Branson noise because it’s tucked away. Literally almost everything was less than a ten minute drive. No issues with finding a parking spot right in front of the unit. ***It’s upstairs if you have disabilities that prohibit you from taking stairs. We will be staying there from now on.
