Summary:
Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!

The Space:
There is a full set of stairs up to the front door of the condo. But then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:
The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance!

The Neighborhood:
Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!

One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Interaction with Guests:
No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be able if you do happen to need anything!

Great Place!

This property was a great choice. We had 5 adults. There were 5 comfortable beds just as described. The condo was very clean, it was in a great location to explore Branson and the community. This condo is very spacious and beautiful. It had many items that most condos do not, such as shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, etc. It is located within the heart of Branson and close to everything. The owner was very nice and answered any questions quickly. We would love to stay here again.

Your home was a fantastic little midweek getaway for our family. We were able to enjoy all the amenities of home and be so close to all that Branson has to offer. We would definitely stay again. Communication for checkin was fantastic!

We had a great stay at this property. It was comfortable, clean, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of things that would make the stay more comfortable are luggage racks in the bedroom, foil/cling wrap, and salt and pepper.

This condo is in a great location for easy access to town yet far enough away its quite and peaceful. Adam was great at communicating before and after the stay. He even has Hannah that is available if anything is needed during the stay. The condo is very clean and well decorated. Plenty of bed/bedroom options for my 3 kids. Master sweet was great for my spouse and I. 5 stars all around.

Great location

We were overly impressed with the size and comfort of our condo. 5 women had own beds and plenty of space! The only recommendations we would make is to add building G in the directions. It is not part of the main loop. And the last thing is ability to is if you could put shutters or shades in living room we could close during morning sun. Highly recommend this place to anyone! It is our go to when we come back!

Excellent Experience!

This was my group’s third time to stay at this wonderful property. It is located in a quiet area, yet it is near to all the attractions of Branson. The beds are comfortable and the unit is super clean. I cannot say enough good things about this rental! We will book again in the Fall if it is available.

Best Condo ever!!!!!

My girlfiends and I stayed in this condo for Women of Joy conference. We always stay in a condo. This one was by far the best! It is gorgeous! Large rooms, open floor plan well equipped,super comfortable beds, 3 luxurious bathroom, extra large washer and dryer in the hall and a great location to everything in Branson. I will definitely stay here again!
