Summary:
Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!

The Space:
There is a full set of stairs up to the front door of the condo. But then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:
The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance!

The Neighborhood:
Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!

One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be able if you do happen to need anything!

Very clean, comfortable, and great location

This condo is in a great location for easy access to town yet far enough away its quite and peaceful. Adam was great at communicating before and after the stay. He even has Hannah that is available if anything is needed during the stay. The condo is very clean and well decorated. Plenty of bed/bedroom options for my 3 kids. Master sweet was great for my spouse and I. 5 stars all around.

Great location

We were overly impressed with the size and comfort of our condo. 5 women had own beds and plenty of space! The only recommendations we would make is to add building G in the directions. It is not part of the main loop. And the last thing is ability to is if you could put shutters or shades in living room we could close during morning sun. Highly recommend this place to anyone! It is our go to when we come back!

Excellent Experience!

This was my group’s third time to stay at this wonderful property. It is located in a quiet area, yet it is near to all the attractions of Branson. The beds are comfortable and the unit is super clean. I cannot say enough good things about this rental! We will book again in the Fall if it is available.

Best Condo ever!!!!!

My girlfiends and I stayed in this condo for Women of Joy conference. We always stay in a condo. This one was by far the best! It is gorgeous! Large rooms, open floor plan well equipped,super comfortable beds, 3 luxurious bathroom, extra large washer and dryer in the hall and a great location to everything in Branson. I will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular Condo!

This modern, new-build condo is absolutely stunning! Very spacious floor plan with huge windows. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and is just as impressive as the photos suggest! Looking forward to returning and staying here again. Most definitely deserves FIVE STARS and high recommendations! (Added bonus - Adam is such a friendly and welcoming host. He responded quickly to any questions we had.)

So perfect!

Prettiest condo we have stayed in to date! We got lucky and they had everything ready well before arrival. Perfect location, 3 minutes to walmart and the strip! The hosts are fantastic! We had to cut it short due to weather but we cannot wait to come back! You won't regret it. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Branson! The condo is perfect size for a family of 7! The fire place is so cozy and the condo feels like home

Christmas Shopping Girls Trip

We come to Branson 3-4 times a year. We have a girls trip for Christmas shopping every year and have stayed at several properties in the Branson area. We loved this property. It was so beautifully decorated, clean and close to the strip. We had 4 adult women and we had plenty of room. Very spacious. We loved the fireplace and the Christmas tree made it so festive. We definitely will return!

Branson trip

We love Branson at Christmas. They really do it well. My wife and daughter have been going for many years but this time I invited some extended family. We usually get a hotel, but with 7 of us a condo was much cheaper. The condo was perfect. The kitchen meant meals didn't involve waiting a long time at restaurants to seat a group that big. And we could enjoy each other's company easier than if we had 3 hotel rooms. The location was excellent and close to entertainment. Adam and Hannah were very nice and easy to work with. The whole experience was an absolute delight. Thank you.

Very peaceful and beautiful area. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a fresh new build smell, and it's gorgeous. Feels spacious with high ceilings and wide halls. Very nice kitchen to save money and cook in the condo. Watching the sunrise through the vaulted windows and a beautiful Christmas tree, with the electric fire crackling was a nice touch! They were very easy to get ahold of and quick to help with questions. We had a great time and definitely recommend it. Thank you!

Nice, new, well stocked, great beds, nice balcony, good location. Nice Christmas tree! Couldn’t ask for more! 2K, 2Q, 2T was perfect for us. Very spacious. Nice balcony with woodsy view. Welcome retreat after miserable SDC crowds.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was amazing. Four of us stayed there and it was an exceptional. There was plenty of room, it was in immaculate condition, and the view from the main living area was just beautiful. We had come down to enjoy the Christmas happenings in Branson, and our location was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. There was even a decorated Christmas tree to greet us when we walked in! Adam did a great job communicating with us and giving us all the info we needed. What a great place to stay. It is absolutely top notch and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Adam.
