comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests.

windows, a cozy electric fireplace, and plenty of seating for movie nights. The bright, modern kitchen
is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy meals at the huge
farmhouse-style dining table or the spacious breakfast bar, all while overlooking the stunning lake and
woods.
For entertainment, challenge your group to a friendly ping pong competition in the game room, or slip
out to the sheltered porch to soak in your private hot tub.

All bedrooms feature comfortable memory foam mattresses and blackout blinds.

• Bedroom 2 (Main Level): King bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a large standing shower.
• Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): King bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower.
• Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Two Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
• Bedroom 5 (Lower Level): Two twin-over-full bunk beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower
combo.
• Game Room: An additional full-sized sleeper sofa is available.
