Filthy elevator floor. Not enough luggage carts. Thought staying in the Penthouse would mean better accommodations, but it's the very same as rooms on all the other floors. Living area is ridiculous. Furniture is set up where you couldn't fully open the refrigerator door, and the TV is so high on the wall it makes your neck and head hurt to watch it.

Loved everything about this property, but be warned, after checking in, they will prompt you to go to “concierge” for your parking pass, where they will try to talk you into a timeshare presentation! Also, the indoor pool closes at 10:00, not 12:00 like it is advertised, and they close it when it’s “storming” even though it’s indoor. There is too much chlorine in the hot tubs and it is very fumigating!

Checking in was fast and easy. The room was homely. The staff was very helpful. Our first day there the refrigerator quit working one call to the front desk and maintenance was at our room with a new fridge changing it out. The property was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be staying at this property again.
