The hotel was a good location for access to a lot of attractions. The staff was friendly & very accommodating. The hotel & room were clean & well kept. The weekend breakfast was very good. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but they said it will be open next year. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Quiet area. Tanger Outlet virtually next door. Easy access without the Hwy. 76 problems. The staff went above our expectations to make our stay superior to other hotels in the Branson area. The value is excellent. Branson has always had its issues with hotels and ttraffic, but the Grand Plaza solved them for our friends and families. We will always make this property our first choice in Branson. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was newly updated. Wife loved the large whirlpool tub in the room. Breakfast was even awesome. Just wish the indoor pool was up and running

I booked 2 rooms, unbeknown to me, you/the hotel booked a 3rd room. I learned this at check in, front desk mgr of no help, said to call you. I spent 45 min on the phone this past Fri night 11/07 on phone with your cust svc, they saw the mistake, but said to get hold of front desk mgr at hotel, since cancellation deadline had passed (before I even know there was a mistake). Back to front desk mgr this AM at check out, said I have to take it up with you. Told them I had, they shrugged and said Hotels dot com booked the 3rd room. Now, we used and paid for the 2 rooms we reserved; did not stay in the 3rd room we hadn't booked or need. Please tell me ... who is to reimburse my AMEXP? 636 346 2711 or. rodjballard@gmail.com. Location was great. Room was extremely clean. Continental breakfast was fresh and tasted great. Coffee in the morning was delicious. Very friendly service and easy check in. No problems whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was under renovation and when we arrived there , there was nothing as if it’s abandoned . The address also not correct . Everything was terrible , no hot water , no amenities , when I turned on the heater , the smoke alarm went off and left a burnt smell . There was Please update your website about this hotel
