Average experience

Location is good (next to the Tanger Outlet Mall). Friendly staff. Clean but dated hotel with no frills. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable (very hard mattresses). The toilet and shower area are tiny with just enough room for a small person to turn around . Breakfast was fine if you like make your own waffles, cereal and basic hot items.

The staff was excellent in helping us locate my husband’s missing wallet. They genuinely cared and took time to search after we had checked out. We received a phone call from Christina at the front desk as we were about 200 miles from the hotel telling us they had found the wallet. Thank you to all the staff!

The beds were rock hard and the AC/Heater didn’t work very well. Very little circulation so the room was stuffy. Workout room only has a bike and treadmill. We had breakfast at 6:40am and the eggs and sausage were cold. Property was clean though so that was a plus.

Clean and beds great, clean. Bad things no coffee pot, yes one is in lobby, but so weak, no taste. Microwave too high, and not securd, almost fell on me. Tv mounted on wall with remote control box behind TV. It took 3 different controlers and still could get help. Finally asked the housekeeper. Surprise it was behind tv and we had stand to side to change channels. What a pain. Where coffee pots are in lobby, i tripped, checked it out and saw that a few tiles were smashed, no cone, no care to prevent accidents. Hummm

Good hotel

We had a great stay, the room was comfortable and clean, with the exception of some mysterious stains on the lazy boy chair, that was fine though, we just didnt use it, haha.

We had checked into another hotel earlier and it was terrible. We just couldn’t stay there so I found this hotel. We were late arrivals and they got us a room right away. They were pleasant to work with and we very happy with the cleanliness.
