The bar female was not so friendly, never addressed us with a hello just ask what are you having?we had free drink coins,I assumed with a free drink coin you had your choice of drink, she said you can only have a certain drink, so we ordered and old fashion and left.

Used condom was found by our toddler as we were leaving the room to check out. So for the entire stay there was a condom under the edge of our bed…this is even after the room was “cleaned” 2 times by housekeeping while we were there. This is unacceptable and an unbelievable health hazard. Hoping and praying that our child remains healthy. I reported it to the front desk and they refunded the parking fees. I was and am still in shock over this and unsure of what else to do.

Check in was 2.5 hours after when check In time was postered due to rooms not being ready . Called and requested housekeeping to be done to room at 8:30 returned to room at 4 pm and room still not clean ….. had rice balcony but was struggle to open sliding door to go out onto …. Also tv remote was missing from room on arrival . When asked about problems excuses made by staff . Overall unsatisfied with stay esp for the price paid .

When we checked in they identified us as Hilton Honors members by my phone number and didn’t ask for a credit card. The room was very nice. On the second day that we were there I received an email requesting my phone number and credit card number (the grammar was terrible and I thought it was a scam) later I got a call that I had to come to the front desk right away and give them my credit card. I was told then that they had a $30/day resort fee. While I was at the counter the same thing was happening with another guest. I thought all fees were included and we will not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was great. Location was perfect for access to the Landing. Wish that there were more reasonable dining options at the hotel. The restaurant was too expensive. Had to leave the hotel to find dining options. Was disappointed that parking wasn't included in the price of the hotel. Sunday morning coffee was available easily. Monday we had to request it. Thought that was inconvenient.
