-Nearest BOAT LAUNCH is Indian Point Marina and is just 2.8 miles down the road. Slip rentals are $20/night.

-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).

-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.

-Pets under 50 lbs are allowed, however we must be notified in advance and there is a $150 per pet / per stay fee. This does not cover any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of pets.

Great place for the family on your trip to Branson! Just a couple minute from Silver Dollar City and a few more to Shepard of the hills. The Location also allows you to jump on the by pass and be in Branson Landing in 20 minutes!We all enjoyed the views, hot tub and the movie viewing area. The the kids watched Christmas movies while a few of us adults were able to watch from the hot tub! after a long day!Mark, our host, was in contact with me a few days before our trip to make sure we were all set. The arrival went great, east access and everything was clean and ready for our family. There was plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc. the two refrigerators were great. We brought everything for full thanksgiving dinner, Turkey, ham, sides. It was nice having the extra room. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were great. Walk in showers were well received. (First time ever we had enough TP for a week, seems like a small thing, but it’s important)The theater, pool table and hot tub were great. We had a question about the hot tub and the service guy was there in 5 minutes to explain things. Hosts were very responsive with the other couple of questions we had, always responded within a few minutes.There were also high chairs and a crib available. Unfortunately we didn’t need those, but back in the day they would have been appreciated.The Roku TV’s we’re east to use. The kids streamed all kinds of things from their IPADS. All and all a great places to stay.

Very clean. Kitchen was exceptionally well appointed!!! Beds were comfortable and everything was in great working order. Lake is not visible from most windows but you can see it from the balcony.

Fantastic house!! Well stocked & comfortable for our whole extended family. The game room kept the kids entertained and the kitchen was big enough we could all eat together. Hosts were super responsive, but the guidebook had everything we needed to know. Would 100% stay again.

Such a beautiful house with great amenities. Good view of the lake. Pretty well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. There was a large variety of spicesUnsure if the drip coffee maker works or if we did not know how to operate it. Unsure if it used a permanent filter or a paper filter was needed which was provided. We tried it both ways with no success. Very little water dripped through.

Great for our big family trip

The house was perfect for our family trip with 6 adults and 6 children. I LOVED that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus there’s an additional main bathroom all can use on the main floor. There are big decks on both levels and we played cornhole on the upper deck each day. The kitchen and dining room are well stocked with tons of pots and pans making it easy to cook all our meals. It was great having two dishwashers as you fill them up quickly cooking for a crowd. There are two full size refrigerators also. The hot tub was nice in the evenings. It was fun watching a movie in the recliners in the movie room and the kids played their video games there also. The Roku TVs were in all the rooms and on the deck and all worked well. It was new, clean, check out was simple, and the hosts were happy to answer all our questions. It is super close to Silver Dollar City—great location. We rented a boat slip at Indian Point Marina and fit our trailer in the parking lot in front of the house. We also used the EV car charger! No complaints to mention other than we couldn’t get the coffee pot to work but we made due with the French press. Thanks to the property owners!! We would come back again!!

Big beautiful clean house

The listing is very accurate. The house is very spacious, kitchen well stocked with cookware and dishes, and clean. The hosts responded in a timely manner. We needed more washcloths and they were delivered the next day after we requested them. Overall great stay for our extended family for a week.

Weekend graduation trip

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location was out quiet but still close enough to all the attractions. The property was very clean and accommodating, like home away from home. The kids loved the game room and hot tub and having the downstairs to themselves. Another plus was the beautiful view of the lake from the top porch. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

The house was what made our weekend so great!

Our stay was incredible!!!! The kitchen is stocked super well with cook and baking wear. I made every meal at the house and had everything I needed. The beds were crazy comfortable. It is in a great location with a good view. I love all the restaurants, coffee shops and there is a convenient general store really close. I love how it was in between being close to the beaches/marina and close to things to do in Branson!!

This space was perfect for our family. It has plenty of room both outside and on the decks. The hot tub and theatre space were bonuses. We received very detailed information about the expectations as well as ideas of what to do in the area. Finally, great and easy parking. We would book this again if in the area.

Spring Break with the Fam

Super clean, lots of amenities, fantastic communication. Stayed for 6 days with our family, babies to adults. Great set up with 4 rooms that have bathrooms, 2 rooms with bunk beds, movie theatre and game room! Plenty of dishes stocked in the kitchen - was a plus bc we are big coffee drinkers! Great location next to Silver dollar city and just a short drive to the Main Street in Branson! Truly enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Great Place to stay!

We loved our stay at this property. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We came with 7 adults and 5 children of all ages and the lodge was very accommodating for everyone.
