Located in The Greens at Thousand Hills, just off Green Mountain Drive and minutes from the famous Branson Strip, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo puts you close to shopping, restaurants, golf, live shows, family attractions, and all the fun Branson has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept layout with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and room for up to 6 guests to relax after a day of exploring. The living room features a double reclining sofa and sleeper sofa — perfect for movie nights or winding down after enjoying the area attractions.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals, and the dining table seats your entire group comfortably.

PLEASE NOTE:
• No pets allowed per condo association rules
• Second-floor condo accessible by stairs only
• Outdoor pool is seasonal

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Aquarium at the Boardwalk. A water park and laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and a washer/dryer are available in the condo.

This Condo is so clean, the beds are comfortable. The location is awesome, close to Hwy 76. The area is family- friendly. Kitchen and bathrooms are supplied with a lot of what you will need. You will not be disappointed!

Lovely condo with everything you could need. The living room was comfortable for sitting around talking/ watching tv and the table area was great for games. Kitchen was nice.
