If you are one of those people looking for the Grand Hyatt this is not your stop. Look it’s an older hotel and shows some age with the exterior and the interior. Couple cigarette burns in the furniture. But the rooms were super clean, the water was hot, and the shower had lots of pressure. Second time my wife and I have stayed here in last 2 years. They are dog friendly and have a nice little lot right next to the hotel for the dogs to do their business. They have breakfast in the lobby in the morning. We’re not breakfast people but the coffee was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay at Ozark Valley Inn. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Everything was in working order and it was well stocked with the usual complimentary necessitites. The towels were large, plush, and plentiful. The stay was pleasant and everything we like about it was reinforced when we met our hosts and found this to be a truly "American Owned" business that is interested in providing comfort and value for your money.

The lady who checked us in was the sweetest. Our room is clean and comfortable. The only complaint i can find is there seems to be some people living in the hotel or maybe they are remodeling a room a couple doors down from ours and there is clutter on the sidewalk. I will definitely stay again. Maybe in the spring when we can use the pool. This is an older property but you can tell they really want to take care of what they have here. Also of note, being on Shepherd of Hills Expressway really saves on traffic time.

Excellent quality room, staff, and breakfast!

The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The hot breakfast was excellent! I was impressed with the sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, milk, and juice! It was all great quality and delicious!

We have stayed here many times in the past. They have updated some of the rooms and they are very nice. The staff was very helpful and respectful. Good selections available for breakfast. We hope to continue to be able to stay here for our future visits to Branson.

As with all motels I’ve stayed at where you walk directly into your room from outside (not go through a hall), the carpets are always leaving kids’ feet dirty. As with most places, people are smoking outside the building at designated areas. Our room did not smell like smoke, but it did to get to it. Other than that, I had no issues the days we were there.

Good for two nights sleeping.

We reserved 4 rooms. Some doors still had old fashioned keys while others had the updated cards. I personally liked having a key. The freezer in this particular room held two ice cream gallon tubs, but other rooms had very small freezer section on those small refrigerators.

Great motel

Great family owned motel. Managers were very accommodating, We did not eat breakfast because we had plans, so I can’t comment on that. Queen beds in this room were a bit firm for our taste, but king bed in room from previous trip were amazing! Will come back.

Keep in mind this is an older, dated hotel. With that being said, we absolutely loved this place. The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until we left. The room was clean, large and lots of amenities. The pool/picnic area was wonderful as well. Large clean pool with lits of chairs and tables. A great bbq grill. Great breakfast. Quite and close to everything. All of this for under $100 per night. This will definitely be the place we stay when we come back in December.
