We run a regular pest control program and do everything we can to keep this in check, but nature has a mind of its own here, and the occasional visitor is part of the experience.

Because this is simply part of staying somewhere this beautiful, we're not able to offer refunds for wildlife or insect sightings. If that's not the right fit for you, we completely understand — we just want every guest to know what to expect before booking.
