We'll be back

Everything was clean and working. We noticed some scuffing on the walls in lobby when we first arrived and it was painted the very next morning. So they are clearly continuously updating. Unfortunately the waterpark wasnt open for 2 of our 4 nights but the kids all LOVED it when they finally opened. Hot breakfast every morning served up by the winderful Mary Jane, was also a big hit. Plently of room for our large family. Our ONLY complaints are the beds aren't very comfy and the water park not being open every day yet. But that wont stop our return. We will definitely be coming back.

Branson WaterPark Hotel was a 10/10 experience. Rooms were great and staff very helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices to a big breakfast area. My granddaughters used the waterpark which was very clean and well staffed with lifeguards. From check in to check out everything was perfect!

Our room was clean and appropriate for me, my husband, and daughter. However, our air conditioner didn’t seem to keep the room cold enough for us. (I’m 7 and a half months pregnant, so I’m already warm as it is.) I think it’s crazy for the price we had to pay to book the room that we also had to pay to go to the water park area to let our daughter play and swim. I feel like that should be included in the hotel. The water park was neat. However, the water park water was absolutely freezing. My daughter and husband couldn’t even stand to be in it longer than 10 minutes at most till we finally left. She was really looking forward to getting to play in it too. The “lifeguards” were too busy playing on their phones even if there was a real emergency I don’t think they would even know what to do.

Lazy River is CLOSED

The lazy river was shut down and we were not told about it prior to booking. We were looking forward to the lazy river because we had an infant and it would have been easier with him. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding this.

Clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfy beds! The attendant that checked me in was quite rude, but all other staff I encountered were amazing - From the cook, to the front desk, to the housekeeping. You could literally hear the pride in this establishment, in their voices and stories. I will definitely return!

Nice hotel, but lots of misinformation

The hotel rooms themselves were pretty nice. We found the beds to be extremely comfy, and we found that the hotel was easy to maneuver. However, we were unaware that when we booked our tickets through hotels.com that it did not include access to the waterpark. So make sure if you are booking this hotel through this app you understand that it’s an extra $20 a day per person to get into the waterpark.

Staff were absolutely amazing in everyway. The waterpark was awesome. Rooms were clean and kept up. Staff brought towels up to my room when needed. Everyone was helpful. Absolutely amazing experience. I will come back.

A bit underwhelming

Mostly likely won’t book here again. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated. The kids enjoyed the water park and we enjoyed not having to worry so much about the pools being too deep. Lazy river was closed off which was kind of a bummer. We did get an email automated message from the hotel on the morning of checkout saying they were doing renovations, so that would’ve been nice to know before hand. We booked through a third party so it needs to be said that those sites need to be updated to let customers know the Waterpark cost is not included in the rates, which is crazy anyway because it’s literally in the name of the hotel, but I digress. Breakfast wasn’t great although the staff was super friendly. Everything was cold despite being in the buffet warmer area. Cleanliness and staff were pretty much the only thing worth giving a good review over. Not a terrible visit but so, so much room for improvement.
