The hotel was disappointed pictures online made it look amazing. It was not like pictures at all. It was farther away from the main attraction then the said . Very disappointed.

The room was filthy. To top off the terrible experience, the staff was not helpful at all when our car was hit and run in the parking lot. They have no cameras on the entire property apparently. They would not even attempt to help us find who did it even though they took all of our vehicle information upon check in.

Very beautiful hotel outside, inside needs some updates...but i did love the convenience to the hotspot of Branson. Would i stay here again? Most definitely!

Floor around tub was sticky so was concerned to use the jetted tub. And bed pillows were hard. Please upgrade pillows. Black stuff on washrag after hanging on curtain rod over tub. Please clean rod. Breakfast was good. No upset overall but attention to upgrades would be helpful.

We stay here a lot! We really like the facility, the price is awesome for the value. Its always clean, the staff is nice, beds are decent, they have two hot tubs and two pools so never too busy. The breakfast has a lot of choices. I love that they have fresh made oatmeal.

Everything was okay except the size/height of the toilet. I’m not a kid so I need toilet so I don’t have to deal with it being too close to the floor. Breakfast was good just a long distance from my room.

Clean accommodations, yes. Very crowded and unsupervised young guests, everywhere. No smoking in the rooms, you bet, but these young folks would smoke weed in the elevators. Probably picking a different hotel next visit to Branson, MO.

Hotel room is very clean and very nice. Beds were very comfortable. My only issue was the tall way or dark and the carpet is stained other than that I had no issues.

It was difficult to sleep and rest due to the noise, stadium-style spotlights shining directly into the bedroom window, and seeing so many people handling the breakfast food was very unpleasant. The breakfast items were of very poor quality.
