Staff was great, but hotel was exceedingly noisy, especially on the first floor near the lobby as guests waited for the busses. Between door slamming, whooping, excessive loud laughter, drink/ice machines and maid service laundry facility, we could barely hear the TV in the room. Moved to 3rd floor, then just slamming doors and laundry room noise. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful moving us, and with early checkout.

My daughter travels a lot with me. When we came here her first statement was "Mom! Did you see how white and clean the tub is?!" Yes, yes I did. And staying in 5 different hotels over 8 days (Gotta love moving cross country), it has got to be the best bathroom I have seen in a long time. And the best priced at that.

The doors were left wide open and anyone can access the building. The upper story floors were made out of rubber, making the whole hallway smell like a basketball court. Our room had tiles coming up in the bathroom, several soft spots on the floor, pillows that the pillowcases had not been cleaned properly, water stains on the ceiling. A corner of the room smelled of urine. We ended up not staying the night. We would like a refund please.

Well, we did get a nice four poster bed, but the mattress was like a trampoline, floppy and bouncy. You had to get in the tub to get the door closed to go to the bathroom. The balcony was a view of a parking lot, which if you had long legs, you could probably off right over to our room. Check in is a bit of a confusion you go to building one check-in and then you could be to building 1,2 or three.

I was given a room initially where the knobs were not on the bathtub and the second room I was offered had stains throughout the carpet and pee stains on the bathroom walls. I voiced my concerns to the front desk and they stated that they would refund Expedia and should not be charged. 4/10 for quality and cleanliness.
