Always enjoy our stay here.

Our 4th time staying here. We get the balcony suites for the view. We have stayed in the Penthouse and the Presidential suites as well. This time was the King suite (not the updated one). The room was clean. The jacuzzi tub comes in handy to relax at the end of the day. The only problem was the shower wouldn’t hold a steady temperature and the knob was really sensitive to adjusting it. The bed was fairly comfortable but could use an upgrade, along with the couch. The free breakfast buffet is decent, but there’s a local restaurant on the strip we like going to for breakfast. Located on the strip by the aquarium, it’s within walking distance of a lot of the show theaters, restaurants and attractions. But there is a good amount of traffic on busy weekends. The area could use a few more crosswalks.

Pleasant experience. Access to and parking is on a steep grade. It is not mobility Impaired friendly unless a handicap spot is open. Call the hotel directly after reservation to request ADA room assignment. Free breakfast buffet was ok but not worth 12.95 without hotel patron voucher.

It was an easy and easy out the desk. Staff was excellent. Tried everything to help us because we were just staying one night and we got those free tickets for, but the girl was quitting at six so she was very adamant that it was sick and she was quitting, but the dust did help usfind some tickets and they were very very helpful. The pool was fine. We had a good breakfast

The hotel was wonderful. The best customer service even on a last minute decision booking. They were expecting us and gave us coupons for breakfast buffet & bar. It exceeded our needs for everything. Late night adult swim from 10-12 was great. This hotel was geared for adults, young & old. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Centrally located, buffet, shower a great place!

Centrally located, 10 mins away to most attractions. The shower was strong and the breakfast buffet was very good. The parking lot is large but very slopped. The hotel location is below street level. The room was average size with a tub/shower. The smell in the hallway was noticeable, probably from the age of the hotel and carpet. We stayed on the 8th floor and the carpet needs to be stretched. The ice machine did not work. We were there to fish and see shows. We felt safe at this location/town. I highly recommend the hotel for the price we paid. We and others have booked for the future on the special price they offered.

Hotel was well kept and clean. In general myself and my family are not fans of crowds. A large hotel in a tourist setting equals a large amount of people with an occasional rudeness. But that is the nature of staying in a large hotel. We were pleased with the hotel and our stay.

Note that early check-in can be done at 12p(Noon) for $40, however.....even at 30 mins early they will still charge you the full $40. So if you plan on checking in early use your money wisely.

When we arrived in our “Presidential Suite” we noticed many of the light fixtures had burnt out bulbs. We did not have all of the bedding, asked for the rest of our things twice at the front desk and never received them. The ceiling in the bathroom had water damage. The lock on the front door was broken, and it looked like the place had not been thoroughly dusted and cleaned in a while.

We'd come back and stay here for sure

Our friends picked this location, mainly for the price but also for the on-site restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Tuesdays, the main day we were here, and the bar was having a security door issue and they couldnt get the alarm to go off. But Wednesday morning we woke up refreshed and drawn down to the restaurant, now open, for breakfast and hot coffee. Isaac and Jason helped us check out and suggested some things to do as we had a couple hours before a scheduled activity later in the afternoon. And one more note, the towels in the room have to be the softest towels we've ever used in a hotel, even the high priced hotel in vegas can't beat these towels! We didn't use the indoor or outdoor pool but they looked very nice and clean!

Everyone was SO helpful as we were a late arrival. The best was SO comfy and we slept very well. Breakfast was awesome and plenty of seating. Great experience, great staff, great lodging and will definitely return for another trip. I also LOVED how they had the "deals at checkout" flyer. As a parent of adult children what a great gift to give them to have a mini-getaway to plan within a 24 hour period with lodging and show tickets of their choice and the GREATEST thing was the price and being able to gift them.
