My family and I stayed two nights at the 1000 Hills Resort Hotel and our stay was wonderful. We opted for a corner room, just to change things up from a regular room. The view was really nice. The hotel itself is very nice, the breakfast downstairs in the mornings was really good, something for everyone. All the staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking. My youngest son enjoyed the pool, the rest of us found it a bit too crowded. This is our 'go to' hotel for Branson.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Clean, customer service was great, friendly staff. They have a restaurant and bar on-site, convenient. They have indoor and outdoor pools, and an indoor hot tub. The only thing that I would have liked better was to have a microwave in the rooms instead of in the hallway.(slightly inconvenient).

Our Penthouse suite upgrade was so wonderful from the Manager also all the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were fantastic our room was very clean super views great bed could not have ask for better thanks to all for all the care and hard work.

Rooms need updating/renovation. Doors don't fit, little bathroom ventilation, fogging up while showering, signs of wear and tear, could not adjust room air/heating system, one bulb missing from bedside lamp. Nice buffet breakfast, but the same every day. Excellent dining room help! Elevators working nicely. Hotel located on a steep hillside, parking lot not level, may make opening car door and getting in/out difficult. No daily housekeeping unless requested. With check-in comes urging to attend an "Excursions" presentation, in exchange for free tickets. We got tickets to two shows.

All of the 10/10 ratings on their site are from them offering cheap rates for a second stay in exchange for a full star rating. They also asked us to leave a full star rating to help them in a competition they were having amongst staff. Breakfast was free but below standard quality. Rooms were clean but average. Thermostat didn't function. Too large of a hotel for the entrance size, elevator service, and parking. Later than normal check-in time of 4pm and earlier than normal checkout time of 10am. Despite that they were waiting for clean rooms to assign them. We won't be back.

Overall is an OK place to stay. Not a $100 a night resort/ hotel. Room was dusty and furniture looked kind of rough. The center of the bed was wore out. Wouldn’t stay there again at $100 a night on or off season. Breakfast was great kind of made up for the property quality and condition. It wasn’t what we anticipated and about disappointed. Staff was very friendly

I think the mattress could have been replaced. It was lumpy and felt springs when laying down. I liked the hot tub but when there is a lot of people using it, so couldn't use it the whole time I was there. Front counter staff was super friendly and check in was quick and smooth.

It wasn’t the cleanest or the newest but we had a great time regardless. Right around the corner from everything. Definitely recommend the updated rooms because I have no idea what the other ones looked like but if those were the updated ones then I do not want to see the other rooms. They try to get you to attend a class for a later check out or a free show - they say it’s not a timeshare but it basically is. I wouldn’t recommend doing that unless you have 1.5 hours to spare and want to be bored out of your mind. The pool is small. The views are beautiful.

Our stay was good. But this was our 1st stay here and the hallway outside our room smelled funky when we arrived. I wish there would have been do not disturb signs. The beds were amazing and extremely soft if you like them that way.

I didn't like the parking at all! We went to shows both nights we were there, and when we got back to the show, there was no place to park. We had to walk a long way. Also, when we went to check out, we had to wait almost an hour to get a cart to carry our luggage to our car. Never again. It was way too crowded and inconvenient for us.
