Beautiful place, convenient to find.Room was clean.loved everything about it; however, being a person with just having bilateral knee surgery-having to park in lower parking lot and taking packages, luggage, etc up the hill and into hotel was a bit much for this ole lady! I know it said or posted to unload your luggage and then park, one had to trust your stuff would still be there after driving around the parking lot several times only to end up down the hill and walking quite a ways. Also, the 10 a.m. checkout was a bit pushy since most places are 11a.m. And housekeeping is knocking on your door 8:30 or 9 to clean and you’re barely out of bed. Again, beautiful hotel, very comfortable bed! I would love to come back and relax there again as well as really check it out!

There were 2 major issues we had and several other smaller issues. First, there was NO parking and had to walk around the building (not a short walk) just to get to an entrance, it was like that the entire time. The second major issue, the beds where incredibly uncomfortable, hard to sleep on. Now the other issues: the room was not fully cleaned when we arrived, everything just looked dirty (the floor and corners of the floor, bathroom), the hottub was cloudy and nasty & the hotel all over seems hot the entire time also. NOT IMPRESSED with this hotel at all.

It was a good hotel. Check-in and out times are reduced compared to industry norms. The norm is check-in at 3 and out at 11. However, its check in at 4 and out at 10.

Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were awesome clean the beds very comfortable with an either a pillow top bed or some sort of very soft mattress. The hotel smelt normal nothing of a scent of strong cleaners or of smoke or mildew. The staff was awesome and made sure we was taking good care of. The only complaint I have, but doesn’t really mean it’s the hotel’s fault, but the parking is all on hills and the resort is called thousand Hills and I believe it talks about the parking lot lol very nice hotel.
