This condo is very large and accommodating at almost 1400 sq ft and has a fully enclosed year around sunroom with breath taking views that overlook Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. Our condo is very spacious and much larger than most condos with about 1400 sq. ft. of living space. The condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a 55" HDTV in the living area, a murphy bed, plus a separate reclining sofa, and 2 recliners, WIFI, Two King Beds with pillow top mattresses, formal dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, TVs in all bedrooms, plus a full-size washer and dryer.

The enclosed sunroom is a great place to relax or have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view of Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. The outdoor pool is heated so that you can enjoy the pool three seasons. You will not find more pleasant accommodations than at "The Fairways". This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. The views are great and It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home. Home away from home

We visit Branson at least once a year and have stayed at many places and this place was great. Great location, minute from the strip. Had everything we needed. Towels were the exact same ones I use at home which made me so happy! Beautiful furniture and decor. I would recommend.

Really loved the living room furniture! Two nice recliners and the couch also reclined. We went with friends and it was nice just visiting in the evening. We enjoyed the sunroom. Was able to play some cards and had our breakfasts out there watching the golfers. No steps and very close to where we parked. It was a nice convenient location. Great place!

Here for a Dance competition.

This place is SO nice. We came to Branson for a dance competition and were so pleasantly surprised by this place. Newly remodeled and you can tell they put a lot of effort into it. Everything was so clean, nice and new. Plenty of space for our group of 4. We will definitely be back and stay here! You are literally so close to everything. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to get to any attractions we wanted to see or anything like that. Loved this place.

Location is near the action. yet seems somewhat isolated. There was just the 2 of us, but the layout is excellent for two couples, David responded quickly to dishwasher issue that was resolved.

We loved it besides the people who were above us. They woke us up every morning with stomping and running. Other than that it was great. We were close to all the attractions and stores.
