Prepare to be enveloped in relaxation as you walk into Waters Edge Bungalow with 1 King bedroom and full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room/linens in master closet. (Walk In Unit)



Gorgeous Creekside Views! Be greeted with the crystal blue waters as soon as you enter the bedroom oasis.



This condo is adorned with cozy warm furnishings, soft linens, and tasteful décor. The living room offers a smart tv.

(Streaming services only-So bring your passwords) So sit back and relax on the sofa or in bed and watch your favorite Netflix movie after a long day. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook up a quick meal and ample dining area to enjoy your morning coffee. (Regular drip plus Keurig)



Immerse yourself in the timeless elegance with one king bedroom, featuring sleek furnishings, chic accents, smart TVs and sophisticated touches. The full bath is accessible down the the hall off the living/kitchen area. The bath consists of a tub/shower combo.

If in need of additional sleeping accommodations, you will find a queen sleeper sofa in living room along with linens/pillows/blanket in the closet for your use.

A brand new oversized outdoor pool/pavilion/children's play area

is part of your stay! Outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

Guest Access:

Enjoy the ease of 'Self-Check-in' anytime after 4pm on your arrival date. You will be sent your personal door access code 24 hours prior to your check-in date.



Free Parking on premises with a two car limit per reservation.



Other Things to Note:

**Community coined washers/dryers available in the hallways of Building A and Building B--please see map



**Gym and indoor pool is directly across the parking area from this unit. Indoor pool and gym is an additional one charge of $30 which covers all in your group for the duration of your stay. This $30 you pay at the gym. We do not collect this fee for it’s an optional feature for usage at Branson Fitness.
