• This home is a third-floor, walk-up unit with 26 stair steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available in the parking lot for up to one vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be given their parking pass at the gate.

• We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

• A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
