Check in--I never received an amenities pass, but thankfully the lady at the welcome center could use my confirmation email to get us checked in. Cleanliness--The floors had not been mopped, my grandchildren's feet were black from walking and crawling around downstairs in the common area. We bought a mop to clean it ourselves. There were hairs in the bathroom floor of both bathrooms and what appeared to be dog hair in the bed upstairs. There was trash in the carpet upstairs as well as money. Also there are cobwebs in the light fixtures, on the wreath on the door and on the area above the cabinets that you can see from the upstairs landing. The dehumidifier was full when we arrived, I don't think anyone knows they need to empty it. Wi-Fi--the Wi-Fi information provided was incorrect. I could not send a message to the host due to no signal or Wi-Fi. I asked the man at the welcome center about it and he had no clue how to help me. We have stayed at Stonebridge before and did not have any of these problems. You might want to changed cleaning companies at the very least. Other than these problems, we had a very nice time.
