You will have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto the dining area and the lounge (TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove). There are three bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed, and the third bedroom has an en-suite shower room. You will also have access to a second shower room and two separate toilets. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a children's play area (Lego, books).

In front of the house, you can enjoy a 40m² private garden overlooking the swimming pool, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture. The shared swimming pool is open from June to the end of September (11x5m, chlorine-treated, 1.50m deep, secured by a roller shutter). A shared laundry room with a washing machine is accessible from the outside. This location is a true invitation to relaxation, offering a verdant and peaceful setting, while remaining close to the wonders of Brantôme, just 5 km away.
