Hotel muito antigo que não fez mudanças (apesar de ter reforma atualmente). Como tudo é velho, dá uma imagem ruim - camas velhas, Ar condicionado barulhento, Água do banho não escoa no ralo de forma satisfatória (deixa uma poça d'água após o banho). A localização é ótima, mas precisa melhorar muito.

Gostei muito da hospedagem, boa localização, perto do shopping Brasília e conjunto nacional, tem dois lugares próximos que podemos comer a "famosa" jantinha, fomos muito bem recebidas pelo segurança que nos ajudou com as malas, que eram algumas, mas o atendente da recepção, achei bem mal educados e rudes, devem melhorar, nem sempre estamos bem, mas todo dia é demais. Mas gostei da acomodação, banheiro bem grande, duas camas boas, tem geladeira e micro-ondas, TV, mesa e cadeira para trabalhar ou comer, varanda com uma mesa também, o quarto não é grande, mas para poucos dias de hospedagem, atendeu as expectativas. Recomendo e voltarei a ficar hospedada. Tem lojas e conveniência no térreo, lanchonete e restaurantes.

Foi tudo ok, o quarto tem um tamanho bom. Mas tudo meio velho e com partes caindo ou enferrujadas. Fui na recepção fazer o check out era entre 06:35 e 07:00, o recepcionista fez o check out e quando perguntei onde era o café da manhã, ele disse que eu não podia participar, "vc fez o check out ne?". Não entendi, nos hotéis onde trabalhei ou que fiquei, o hóspede ainda podia consumir o café da manhã. Fui embora sem tomar o café, me senti até meio constrangido com isso.

Começou pelo Chek-in muito demorado. O quarto disponibilizado estava em reforma com um tapume no meio do quarto. Solicitamos a troca e depois de mais de meia hora disponibilizaram outro quarto. Nesse novo quarto a pia do banheiro estava entupida ocasionando alagamento no banheiro. Solicitamos reparo. Condições do quarto terríveis conforme fotos.

Fiquei no quarto 925, que estava limpo, porém com muitas marcas de uso e desgaste em paredes, portas etc. Não vi tanto cuidado nos detalhes em melhores acabamentos do quarto no geral. Tinha pratos e copos, mas não talheres. O motor do ar condicionado fica na varanda- continuação do quarto - e não tem porta pra separar o barulho e nem o calor dessa área. Voltaria a ficar no prédio, mas não nesse quarto.

O local se chama Garvey Park Hotel com unidades do próprio hotel e outras de diferentes proprietários. Não inclui café da manhã. Há diferentes aptos, alguns renovados, bem decorados e outros detonados como o que eu fiquei. Está tudo caindo aos pedaços. A mangueirinha higiênica espalhava água no bwc inteiro e a solução da Adm foi desligar a mesma. O local é de facil acesso a tudo. Procure os aptos renovadis.

Os elevadores do Hotel não estavam funcionando. Eram trÊs, um deles estava quebrado assim que eu cheguei e o outro ficou preso com hospedes dentro, eu tive que usar as escadas todos os dias porque era uma fila gigante de pessoas e o chuveiro do quarto era péssimo

O apto estava com pilhas vencidas no controle e não tinham disponíveis . No banheiro havia um problema atrás do chuveiro um buraco na parede pq esqueceram de colocar as cerâmicas q fecham para área interna . No corredor de acesso ao quarto água de outro apto q estava com vazamento
