This hotel feels like it’s abandoned. The windows block no sounds at all, you could literally hear everything going on outside. The towels were clean but had STAINS on them. Absolutely disgusting. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday

Avoid at All Costs! (0/5 Stars) If I could give zero stars, I would! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was NO internet, NO water, and NO air conditioning—completely unacceptable! The hotel’s description is entirely misleading; nothing was as advertised. Staying here for even one night was unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Minha experiência no hotel foi bem abaixo do esperado. O quarto estava sujo e com aspecto de malcuidado, o que já causa uma sensação de insegurança logo na chegada. Além disso, o sistema de ar-condicionado é extremamente limitado — não há controle remoto funcional para ajustar a temperatura, apenas um botão na parede que liga e desliga o aparelho. Outro ponto muito incômodo é a pia do banheiro: se deixar a torneira aberta por mais de um minuto, a água transborda. Também não há tomadas próximas à cama, o que é algo básico em qualquer hospedagem atualmente. Para completar, a televisão não oferece acesso a Netflix, Prime Video ou qualquer outro serviço de streaming — o que hoje em dia é padrão na maioria dos hotéis Além disso, o quarto não tem secador de cabelo. Os secadores ficam na recepção e são rotativos, cada um pode ficar até 2h e depois deve devolver. Enfim, o hotel deixa a desejar em conforto, manutenção e praticidade. Não voltaria a me hospedar

A TV é como se nem estivesse lá, porque além de muito pequena, canais limitados e imagem muito ruim. O banheiro tem um espaço ok, cobertor tive que pedir outro na recepção pq o que tinha disponível era muito pequeno para casal. O café da manhã era bem simples, bem distante do que mostra nas fotos, a cama tem um conforto médio, só é muito baixa. Um ponto positivo para quem precisar ficar por mais tempo é ter uma geladeira grande e até um fogão no quarto, mas no geral o hotel é bem antigo, não condiz com as imagens. Os funcionários são educados e flexíveis no checkin e os elevadores funcionam bem.
