Insatisfação com a estadia no Brasília Tower Hotel

•Quarto em más condições: A limpeza deixou a desejar, o vaso sanitário estava solto, o suporte de sabonete estava quebrado e a manutenção geral do quarto era precária. • Café da manhã decepcionante: A qualidade dos alimentos era baixa, com pouquíssimas opções disponíveis e preparo insatisfatório. Além disso, a atitude da funcionária responsável foi extremamente rude. • Falta de segurança: Durante minha estadia, a janela lateral do meu carro foi quebrada enquanto estava estacionado quase em frente ao hotel, o que demonstra a falta de segurança na região. Diante desses problemas, espero que tomem providências para melhorar a qualidade dos serviços oferecidos e garantir mais segurança aos hóspedes. Caso contrário, certamente não recomendarei o hotel a ninguém.

Hotel não adequado a proposta. Indignação

O Hotel não condizia com as fotos, além de que possuia uma situação nao condizente pois tinha uma boate de strip-tease. Que me incomodou pois não achei adequado e inclusive o uber que me levou me alertou que era, palavras dele "um inferninho". Quando me deram chave eletronica pára entra no quarto, estava sujo, roupas de cama como se alguém tivesse estado ali recentemente, além de uma caixa com restos de pizza e alguns preservativos no criado mudo. Achei algo que decpciona e coloca em risco a credibilidade do Hoteis.com. Infelizmente minha indignação foi tanta , tinha chegado pela noite que nem consegui fotografar, Na verdade nem lembrei, pois corri imediatamente à recepção para pedir um quarto melhor e , na ocasião o atendente (Chamado Raul) disse que ia ver se conseguia fazer alguma coisa. Achei sem estrutura. Minha impressão era que pafrecia aquelas hospedarias em "beira de estrada" ou postos de gasolina.

Boa sorte ao recomeço!

Percebi que o hotel está recomeçando com outro nome, tanto que nos aplicativos de localização em alguns aparece o nome antigo, Então, é aceitável alguns detalhes que ainda estão sendo melhorados no decorrer da demanda. A equipe toda foi extremamente educada e prestativa, quanto a isso estão de parabéns! No quarto que ficamos, senti desconforto com o odor do ar condicionado, tanto que tive que usar antialérgico para superar. Não reclamei, pois como citei no início, o hotel está recomeçando e isso é totalmente aceitável, considerando ainda o valor da hospedagem cobrado que foi bastante atrativo para a oferta da localização, atendimento e café da manhã que estava ótimo! Esse último, superou minhas expectativas.

Muito boa a estadia! Hotel em perfeitas condições, quarto amplo, atendimento excepcional, café da manhã com bastante variedade (inclusive com cuscuz que estava perfeito). No meu instagram @milhasalemdocartao tem um vídeo em que mostro o hotel. A localização é um ponto extremamente forte: ao lado da torre de TV. Como costume de todos os hoteis da regiao, o estacionamento é público e ao lado do hotel. A região é segura, ao lado de um McDonalds e fica há uma quadra do Brasília Shopping. Com certeza voltarei, obrigado a todos os atendentes que fizeram da hospedagem muito boa.
