This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way. The, know about the issue but do not solve it. Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min....

Demora para repor os itens do café da manhã, inclusive pratos, copos e talheres. A limpeza do quarto estava boa. A cama é muito mole, poderiam trocar os colchões. Sugiro colocarem acessórios para pendurar as toalhas e uma prateleira no box para colocar xampu e condicionador. Das 4 diárias, ficamos 2 dias com água gelada no chuveiro, devido a problema na caldeira e falavam que em 40 minutos seria resolvido sem ter resolvido. Elevador demora muito, gerando transtornos e atrasos aos hóspedes, principalmente na hora do café da manhã. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Limpeza deixou a desejar, apesar de ter limpeza no quarto todo dia, as áreas comuns são sujas. Hotel velho, elevador faz barulho, pouca iluminação nos andares, buraco no teto. Dos 7 dias que fiquei, 3 não tinha água quente justamente quando a temperatura caiu. Não recomendo, não voltarei a esse hotel.

Hotel muito antigo, necessitando de forma urgente de profundas reformas. Quarto com ar condicionado antigo, além de uma mesinha improvisada. Colchão horroroso: muitas pessoas teriam grande dificuldade para conseguir dormir. Chuveiro bom, mas em um dois dias que fiquei não tinha água quente por causa de um problema na caldeira. Televisão no quarto sofrível, com poucos canais e que ainda pegam mal. Conclusão: fujam deste hotel. Mesmo sendo barato, não vale o perrengue.

Dos quatro dias hospedado, três foram sem água quente, Brasilia com 17 a 19⁰C a noite, foi bem sofrido. Muitas goteiras de ar condicionado faziam barulho que incomodam a noite. No café da manhã a quantidade de pratos e xícaras era insuficiente e nos horarios de pico precisava ficar esperando reposição. Muito ruim

Essa foi a terceira vez que me hospedei no referido hotel, mas provavelmente não devo voltar a me hospedar lá. Pela terceira vez, a acomodação apresesentoi problemas no fornecimento de água. Das vezes anteriores, apenas o aquecimento estava comprometido mas era possível tomar banho de água gelada, infelizmente. Dessa vez, ainda pior, a água perdeu totalmente a pressão e simplesmente acabou no chuveiro de um dia pra outro. Realmente parece um problema estrutural sem solução. Lamento, pois a equipe é realmente excelente, super prestativa.
