A localização é ótima e a equipe muito prestativa. O estacionamento, como em praticamente toda a cidade, é público e gratuito. Por ser público, o hotel não se responsabiliza por seu veículo. A equipe do hotel é o ponto alto. Eles são educados e prestativos, tentando compensar as deficiências do hotel. O café da manhã é bom, bem diferente da acomodação do hotel. Meu quarto era no subsolo, o que já é muito ruim. O cheiro de mofo e retorno do banheiro é uma constante. A janela de vidro estava quebrada, a parte de baixo do móvel do frigobar estava destruída e o banheiro mofado e cheio de mosquito pólvora. Encontrei também uma barata pequena, que presumo ter vindo das caixas de inspeção do corredor que são abertas para jogar o balde com água suja depois da limpeza do mesmo Resumindo, a equipe é muito boa e merecia trabalhar em outro hotel melhor ou nesse depois de uma transformação total

O funcionário que fez o check-in me pareceu pouco simpático. Contudo, o funcionário do outro dia foi muito solícito e cordial, inclusive consegui fazer late check-out por um preço razoável. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado, mas não sabia que ficaria no subsolo. Por fim, o ar condicionado era antigo e barulhento.

PRA QUEM NAO FOR EXIGENTE DA PRA FICAR. Apesar de ter visto críticas negativas, reservei uma categoria luxo e arrisquei. Considerando a localização, a gentileza dos recepcionistas e o quarto amplo, comecei com nota 8. Ao entrar no banheiro, me deparei com torneira vazando, chuveiro fraco, piso e azulejos velhos e encardidos, ausência de ganchos para pendurar, cheiro de esgoto no ralo . Baixei pra nota 7. Quarto com armário e bancadas funcionais, ar condicionado silencioso e eficiente. TV, frigobar e Wi-Fi ok. Café da manhã num espaço pequeno, 20 cadeiras e 12 mesas. Alimentos mal dimensionados, acabou ovo mexido, frutas, sucos, pão de queijo, pratos, xícaras e talheres. Uma só pessoa pra lavar, secar, preparar e repor. Alimentos sem reposição, só os utensílios. Aliás, tem que mexer os líquidos com colher de sopa. Não tem nem mexedor descartável. Baixei pra nota 6. A arrumadeira só entra se for pedida a limpeza. Até lixo não é retirado se não pedir. Enxoval de roupa de cama e banho bem desgastados. Iluminação fraca. Durante o dia a luz solar ajuda mas a janela no andar térreo deixa o ambiente muito exposto. E por fim, perderam a minha chave no último dia. Precisei esperar tirar uma cópia da reserva da arrumadeira. O custo - benefício será bom desde que a diária não passe de 200 reais, com café incluído, considerando as condições de hotelaria em Brasília. Não recomendo para crianças , nem as cabines pra ninguém porque são minúsc

A questão é que o quarto que eu escolhi, não tinha ideia do seu tamanho. Era tipo cabine e fiquei meio apertado. Não tinha entendido que o quarto não tinha janela é isso ,ao meu ver,foi pior do que o fato dele ser pequeno.
