A hospedagem é excelente! O local é muito bem arrumado, organizado, limpo, cheiroso e com uma decoração moderna. A cama é bastante confortável e realmente proporciona uma boa estadia. O único ponto negativo que tenho a relatar é o ar-condicionado, que não está gelando bem e precisa de manutenção.

O apartamento é muito limpo e tem utensíos diversificado. Moderno e atual. Para mim ficou um pouco distante dos meus objetivos. Está um pouco isolado de redes comerciais. Dificuldades: alguns equipamentos como iluminação, tv e controles. No geral foi agradável e satisfatóro.

Bom custo-benefício, mas alguns problemas

O apartamento é bom, o contato com o administrador excelente, porém algumas coisas tem que ser consideradas: tive que falar de dois problemas de manutenção (ar condicionado, que não funcionava mais do que 3 horas direto, e a porta, que não se trancava automaticamente - acredito que o administrador resolva logo esses problemas; k maior desconforto para mim foi o fato do bloco ser o penúltimo, levando 1km com várias subidas para se chegar a pé. Pedir uver também é bem complicado, pois não pega bem a localização e tem que ficar pedindo ao uber para entrar, passando o apt e bloco.

A estadia foi ótima. Tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. Só tenho uma ressalva: falta um espelho de corpo inteiro, para facilitar nossa arrumação para sair. As fotos são fiéis ao espaço.
