Sobre o cartão/chave de acesso, sempre desconfigurava . O rejunte do banheiro precisando de manutenção e a central do ar-condicionado que fica na varada do apto, muito barulhenta. Lençóis e manta muitos bons, equipe muito educada e prestativa. Retirando essas considerações, a estadia foi muito boa, voltaria novamente.

O hotel em si é muito bom, café da manhã. Mas serviço de quarto foi péssimo dessa vez. Nós tivemos que pedir toalhas novas porque não teve serviço de quarto. Eu tive que tirar lixo do banheiro pq estava cheio e deixar na cozinha, achando que alguém pelo menos entraria organizar quarto. Saímos cedo para passeios e quando retornava nem se quer haviam passado lá. Fiquei bem descontente com serviço de quarto.
