The apartment was in very bad conditions. Very dirty, bad, pillows and bad clothes in a very poor quality. Dangerous electricity wires. The property shouldn't be listed for rent. I left the place after the 1st night and would like to have my money back as soon as possible.

Hotel bom, apto mal tratado

Apto de particular dentro do Hotel JK e está precisando de melhorias. Banheiro bom, mas a cama é muito mole, doendo as costas. Móveis velhos. Cadeira de trabalho com o braço quebrado. Hotel é bom, mas o apto está meio mal tratado. Para poucos dias e se não for exigente, dá para passar.

Proprietário prestativo, espaço lindo, senti falta de um edredom e de um microondas. Quarto limpo e organizado, recepcionista só me tratou bem após dar uma “carteirada” de trabalho. Recomendo, visitaria novamente

Pontos que são fáceis e podem melhorar e muito

Apartamento precisa de reforma. Tinha fio, tomadas... Insumos de instalação elétrica nas gavetas. Tomadas soltas e sem tomadas cobrindo instalação. Frregobar no chão. Qdo cheguei no quarto estava empoeirado, cobrando areia, cimento, como se estivesse em obra. Não tem cobertor. Fiquei a primeira noite sem e ergua - não sabia que tinha que colocar o cartão pra liberarem a energia - faltou informação. Solicitei secador de cabelo para quando chegasse no quarto - não foi providenciado. A estrutura do hotel é boa. Este flat em questão que fiquei que tem cara de abandonado - serve somente pra ganhar dinheiro - não tem muita preocupação com a experiência do usuário

Péssimo estado de conservação.

Flat em péssimo estado de conservação. Sem reforma, muito antigo. O ar condicionado não possui controle de temperatura. Fora dois copos de vidro, não possui nenhum utensílio de cozinha, nem uma faca, nada. Eletrodomésticos também, não tem nada, apenas um frigobar antigo, bem pequeno, e uma tv antiga também em que não foi possível nem conectar o celular, tive que conectar o computador por hdmi e mesmo assim n transmitia audio... Por fim, o pior de tudo, o chuveiro só abria a torneira quente, a fria não dava para abrir. Enfim, péssimo flat, apesar de o hotel em si ser ok.
