yes room was is great condition. But I don't like the fact that they cheap out on water bottles, never understand how is that even affecting when someone is staying at their hotel paying 200+ USD a night. Just bizzare..

Comfortable and clean with a great, varied breakfast but the highlight for us was the staff. We received the warmest of welcomes of Tiago. It was pouring rain when we came back to collect our bags from a day out and Kevin, Jailson and Paulo were so kind. We had already checked out but Kevin and the front desk staff grabbed us towels to dry off and offered us the lobby bathroom to change. Jailson and Paulo were so helpful bringing us in from the downpour and with our massive bags. Thank you all, we had a great stay!

We arrived 1.5hrs before check in at 15.00 . We were advised room would not be ready until 15.00 but could upgrade . Seemed like a rip off as upgrade cost £121.40 but were tired so accepted . Despite this we had leaking tap that flooded bathroom . They “fixed it” but 24hrs later same again . It took 48 hrs to obtain an ironing board and iron ( the iron was very basic so did not work well) . We used the bar twice and despite it advertising gin and tonic the barman did not know how to make so we had to show him . We had dinner the last evening both eating the same and during the night both of us were unwell. The reception staff were not very helpful . The one positive was the breakfast was good .
