I booked a "Deluxe Suite" at this hotel. They put me in a substantially lower quality room (without mentioning the difference). When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. They then refused to refund my reservation, and Orbitz likewise refused to refund my reservation. So everyone should know that if the hotel doesn't deliver what it promised, then Orbitz will not protect its customers (even though Orbitz is the one who charges the customer's credit card).

Amazing location (in the heart of old town,) spacious room, view of the mountain (loft room #8.) Wonderful breakfast MENU- not a buffet. The best part was the helpful and joyful staff! Will return again and again!
