Modern, clean comfortable with outstanding staff. The best moment for us was when we arrived we were given a private tour of the hotel by a staff member who was amazing!!! He was brilliant and made us feel at home. He gave so many interesting details about the hotel and what was there before it was built as well as history of the town. He and his family are from Ukraine and their story is amazing. From Los Angeles to Ukraine, much love!!!!

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Brașov for two nights and were initially very impressed. I was traveling with my brother, his wife, and my nephew, and we truly loved the hotel itself. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, making it a great choice for exploring the city. However, our experience was overshadowed by the poor behavior of the front desk staff, which left us extremely disappointed. Despite putting down a deposit for both rooms I rented, which was meant to cover any incidental charges for our group, the staff embarrassed my brother-in-law and sister-in-law in front of other guests. After breakfast, they were rudely stopped and not allowed to leave the restaurant until they paid for their meal, even though I had clearly instructed the staff to charge any expenses for both rooms to my account. To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk to share my feedback about this incident, the young lady I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She showed no interest in what I had to say, didn’t even attempt to apologize, and acted as though she didn’t care about the issue at all. Her attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel that carries the prestigious Radisson Blu name. This situation was completely unnecessary and humiliating. It not only caused discomfort for my family but also made us question the professionalism of the hotel. Such a poor experience, no communication.

In few words: Exceptional staff managing an exceptional hotel. In more words: Customer service fit for a 7 star hotel on par with dubai's finest, from the check-in, manager and Director, i was shocked to find this in Romania where customer service is more on the lacking part. Bartenders were super friendly and helpful. Tried to eat at the restaurant but they had no room so we sat at the bar and ate. Reception came in clutch, getting us a ride from Brasov to Bucharest when the trains were sold out. Room was spacious and clean. Close to old town. I would definitely recommend.
