The 50 sqm, sunny apartment has been completely renovated and renovated, is very comfortable, cozy and modern.
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds (box spring beds) and each has a TV, cozy living room with open kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area, the bathroom with window, large shower, towel radiator and toilet.
The apartment offers a few extras, such as a heated hall wardrobe, shoe dryer and ski storage wall.
Furnishing
The terrace is approx. 30 square meters and faces south with a view of the spa gardens, mountains and bell tower (symbol of Sankt Andreasberg).
Comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers as well as an electric grill are available. A parking space is located directly at the house. A baby travel cot and high chair are also available.

The apartment is located in the spa gardens of Sankt Andreasberg in a quiet area. The hiking trails and cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity. Here you can enjoy your vacation in peace. From here you can walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski trails in 5 minutes. In the city center you need 10 - 12 minutes.
