The apartment has two double beds, one in a little bedroom and one as a cupboard double bed in the living room, which also has a modern round corner with a bed for a fifth person. Please note that guests staying in the bedroom have to go through the living room to get to the bathroom. The living room has a big flatscreen TV and free wireless Internet access. The apartment has a modern built-in kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and modern crockery, as well as a big table with six chairs and a highchair. The chic shower room has a washbasin, shower, WC and a changing table with a bath for babies and toddlers. A child’s travel bed and a hairdryer are also available. The apartment is generously proportioned and well-insulated, so it is pleasantly warm even in the depths of winter.
This is a modern, well-maintained holiday apartment in a quiet, very charming location in the highest mountain village Braunlage-Hohegeiß, right by the hiking trail and near the forest. The holiday apartment has been refurbished in harmonious colours and laid with laminate and tiled flooring. It has a separate entrance towards the lawn and playground and a big terrace.
In summer you can visit a lovely forest pool with a wonderful backdrop and clean water, about a five-minute walk away. It is about 3-4 minutes by car to the train station for the narrow gauge railway to the highest mountain, Brocken, at 1143 metres. There is a free bus shuttle to the cable car, ice skating rink or the indoor pool. In winter the cross-country skiing trail, downhill piste and sledging piste are all on the doorstep, so you can set off on skis directly from the ski storage room, so it doesn’t matter if your car gets snowed in. You can hire skates in the main house. A pushchair can be provided free of charge.
Outside there is a large area with a playground, coffee garden, lawn, loungers and a big grill area, all with a wonderful view into the distance.
