Nevertheless, you can reach the town center with shopping, sports and entertainment in a few steps. Likewise, the cable car at Wurmberg and the ski lift at Hexenritt as well as the swimming pool are within easy reach.
The bright fully refurbished apartment offers a bedroom with access to the small terrace, a kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room with dining area and access to the larger terrace with southern garden view. A free parking space is available next to the building.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die durch die zentrale Lage im Harz eine Vielzahl von Ausflugszielen in der näheren Umgebung schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto / ÖPNV erreichbar macht.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Verwalter der FeWo gut erreichbar, sie haben schnell und unkompliziert reagiert.Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten zur Erholung nach ausgiebigen Touren gut nutzen.Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Braunlage selbst hat sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, das wird aber durch die Umgebung mehr als wett gemacht.

Es war eine schöne, erholsame Urlaubswoche.

Die Wohnung hat eine zentralen Lage, nah am Kurpark, der Weg um frische Brötchen morgens max. 10 Minuten. Lokalitäten im Ort zum Essen vorhanden. Edeka und Lidl im Ort. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, da sie sehr gut ausgestattet war und eine moderne Einrichtung hatte. Bei schönem Wetter kann man die Terrasse genießen. Wir können dieses Objekt auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!!!!

Mooi appartement op begane grond met terras en ochtendzon. Tv in woon- en slaapkamer. Basic ingericht, maar alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Met ramen open wel last van de weg, met ramen dicht niet, maar dan is het vrij snel warm. Tip: een afwasborstel of sponsje bij het linnenpakket zou fijn zijn, evenals lucifers. Prima tijd gehad, centraal gelegen

Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung im Harz

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie war sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir hatten sie für 5 Nächte gebucht und brauchten in der ganzen Zeit unser Auto nicht. Wanderwege starten von hier in alle Himmelsrichtungen, z.B. auf den Wurmberg, Brocken oder einfach nur so in der näheren Umgebung.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 3 Wochen Urlaub in dieser sehr schön renovierten Wohnung verbracht, die modern mit viel Komfort ausgestattet ist, sauber und alles farblich abgestimmt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, aber doch ruhig gelegen, so dass man auf den Terrassen gut in der Sonne sitzen konnte. Wanderungen konnte man zu Fuß beginnen und das Auto stehen lassen.Erholung pur! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen und die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Ausgangslage für verschiedene Ausflüge und Unternehmungen mitten im Harz. Die Wohnung ist Teil einer größeren Anlage (ca. 15-25 Wohnungen). Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Nachts vereinzelt etwas laut durch Raser (vor allem Motorradfahrer). Dürfte aber fast jede Ferienwohnung im Harz betreffen.

Richtige Wohnung mit großem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Dusche/WC, Flur, in Neubauzustand. Zweckmäßig durchdachte, moderne Einrichtung in akkurater Ausführung, ganz ohne Harzplüsch. Absolut störungsfreie Nachtruhe. Ausgangs- und Zielpunkt verschiedenster Wanderungen, Kfz kann stehen bleiben. Nähe zum Kurpark, Sonnenlage: WZ-Terrasse nach Süden, Schlafzimmer-Balkon nach Westen. Neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Hier ist Erholung garantiert. Die Ferienwohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Außer vielleicht der Schnee im Januar. Die Lage war super. Man ist schnell im Zentrum, Kurpark, etc. Auch Wanderwege beginnen fast vor der Haustür.

Schönes und helles Appartement in guter Lage.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Braunlage. Das Appartement ist gemütlich, hell und sauber. Nach Tagesausflügen bietet das Appartement alles für gemütliche Abende. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, falls gekocht werden möchte.
