For more surfing opportunities, head to magnificent Saunton Sands (4 miles) or Woolacombe Beach (5 miles). Those who prefer to stay on dry land can lace up their walking boots or hop on a bike to explore the stunning North Devon Coast National Landscape. Walk the South West Coast Path, explore Braunton Burrows (4.5 miles), or trek the Tarka Trail into the heart of Exmoor National Park to discover the beauty of this coastal area. Boat trips are also available, with nearby Ilfracombe (8.5 miles) offering day trips to Lundy Island.
