Beautiful large family home with hot tub, summer house, BBQ and pool table
Beautiful traditional family home set in 0.75 acres on the edge of Angus countryside, twenty minutes drive from some of the finest beaches on the east coast. Perfect for large gatherings, the house is ideal for small events. Access to stunning countryside and outdoor activities, including some of Scotland’s best golf courses, walking, fishing and shooting. The large garden is perfect for al fresco dining, including a heated summerhouse with a small bar area, pool table and hot tub.
The private gated entrance to the beautiful walled garden offers guests plenty of off-street parking. Guests will have access to four public rooms including a cosy sitting room with extra large wood burning stove, cinema/ TV room perfect for relaxation, a large breakfasting kitchen with utility and separate formal dining room. There are eight excellent sized bedrooms all with beautiful views and the additional benefit of a ground floor disabled/level access bedroom and bathroom with large shower. The large landscaped garden offers guests a 6-seater hot tub and mini table tennis. The heated summer house contains a professional sized pool table, dartboard and mini-bar. The garden has plenty of space for a marquee for guests hosting small events. We also have a 5m bell tent available upon request.
