A modern and cozy custom home with stunning views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This mountain retreat is less than one mile from downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes - an ideal location for all of your Breck adventures. Prime location, private hot tub and dog friendly.

This is the perfect stay for one large single family, two smaller families traveling together, or as a couples retreat. Sleeps 6-8 people comfortably.

Enjoy your home away from home!

This beautifully appointed home has an open floor plan with three full bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, a modern kitchen and high end finishes throughout!

The master bedroom (king) and bath are on the main floor. A spacious kitchen, main living area and laundry are also on the main floor. The main living area has a cozy fireplace to warm you up after a day on the slopes. A huge wrap around deck flows around the entire main floor living area. There is a powder room off the kitchen.

Two additional bedrooms and an additional living area are located downstairs with a full bath. The first bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed.

This home is setup to sleep 6-8 comfortably, including a pull-out couch in the downstairs living area.

You will have access to one space in our heated garage.

This home is dog-friendly to well-behaved, non-shedding pets. The house has a dog door with a fenced in back-yard. Additional pet fees apply.

A private hot tub on the deck seals the deal.

Spectacular mountain getaway close to town

We had a such a lovely time. The house is spacious and great for a group. Well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. Close to town for anything you might need. Super short drive to gondola for ski days!

Ski Weekend in Breckinridge

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 5 on a snowy weekend in Breckinridge. We were all able to fit on the large sectional in the family room, and we loved the open kitchen and dining room for family meals. The outdoor grill was just outside the dining room - and the hot tub was ideal after a long day on the slopes. The mountain view from the family room was amazing!!

The house was perfect. The view was amazing.The host gave clear instructions/directions. There were plenty of towels, paper products and soap/detergent available for use. Definitely make sure you have 4wd or AWD if you want to get up the drive way if it snows.
