Welcome to this budget-friendly Double Eagle condo (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals), nestled along the Four O'Clock ski run for convenient ski in access. With its impressive beam and stone work, this recently updated condo offers a cozy retreat for ski and snowboard enthusiasts. Just a short stroll away from the Snowflake Chairlift, you can easily access the slopes while Downtown and Breckenridge's charming and colorful Historic Main Street are also just a few blocks away.
 
Step into this traditional ground-level unit, boasting 819 square feet of space, where large windows and doors bathe the interior in warm Colorado light. The authentic ski decor creates a charming atmosphere, while the living room invites you to settle in by the gas fireplace, perfect for cozy movie nights on the flat screen TV, and relax on the brand new suede sofa or futon (that both double as additional sleeping space for 4).
 
Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring a stove top and a convenient 2-in-1 over-the-range convection microwave oven. Recent updates, such as new countertops and a stylish tile backsplash, add a touch of modernity.
