Welcome to Highland Greens Getaway, a meticulously kept property in a premier location that offers all the comforts of home… and then some! With the ability to sleep up to 6 guests, this property is ideal for a mid-size family or group that appreciates convenience and accessibility to Breckenridge’s most popular attractions.

We have read the reviews and want guests to have a five star experience. A new65 inch smart tv is now in the family room while a smart tv is now in the master bedroom to improve the entertainment options while staying at this delightful home.

Highland Greens are highly sought-after properties that offer the perfect location for golf lovers and outdoor enthusiasts in the Spring, Summer and Fall months. The Breckenridge Golf Club is minutes away from this Highland Greens Getaway and features three championship, nine hole Jack Nicklaus signature courses. If golf isn’t your sport, no worries! You will also be in close proximity to countless hiking and biking trails including the Blue River Bikeway, if you prefer a paved path. Enjoy outdoor festivals, concerts, and family friendly events around Summit County and at the Breckenridge Riverwalk Center that is a short 10 minute drive into town. One of our favorite places to be on a warm summer day is the beautiful Lake Dillion. A quick 8 mile drive down the road where you can enjoy the picturesque views of the mountains while kayaking, paddle boarding, or even renting a boat for you and your friends! The activities are endless and very convenient from the Highland Greens Getaway!
The main floor is completely open concept giving clear sightlines between the living and dining space, allowing everyone to be a part of the conversation while entertaining. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with large windows that
illuminate the space with natural light. In this room, you’ll find comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace that is perfect for the winter months. The sliding glass door provides patio access, and an ideal space for entertaining with outdoor furniture, BBQ, and a private hot tub.
Back inside, the kitchen comes fully equipped to meet your cooking needs with modern, stainless-steel appliances and a drip coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, blender, and more for your convenience. There are 3 stools at the extended kitchen counter or enjoy a more formal meal at the dining table that seats 6.
When it’s time to turn in for the evening, you will be pleased with 3 fully furnished bedrooms located on the 2nd floor.
The master bedroom has a King bed with an en suite bathroom. The spacious en suite bathroom is outfitted with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a standing shower.
The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two Twin beds - perfect for kids! These two bedrooms share the 2nd full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The 3rd bathroom, a half bath, is located on the 1st floor.

- The laundry room with washer/dryer is available for your use
- Trash removal is available close to the unit. A code will be provided to you after booking.

The properties at Highland Greens are less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge where the streets are dotted with boutiques, specialty stores, and countless dining options. The Breckenridge Golf Club, a 27-hole course with mountain views, restaurant, and clubhouse is just a short drive as is the Gold Run Nordic Center, offering unforgettable sleigh-ride dinners, ice skating, and other activities. Across the street is the Blue River Bikeway, a paved biking trail that accesses Breckenridge in one direction and Vail in the other. Frisco is also less than 10 minutes away allowing even more dining and
shopping options. For those who want to venture out, Denver is approximately 77 miles and can be an easy day trip.

Getting Around:
2025 Highland Greens Shuttle Schedule (begins November 22, 2025 for winter season only)

• Typically runs from 8am - 5pm with runs starting on the hour. The shuttle will pick up at the end of the driveway.
• The shuttle service will typically end for the season in mid-April.
