The room was spotless a lot of convenient stores and restaurants on site. We enjoy all the facilities like swimming pool. It was a perfect day for my elderly mom and son with autism. We felt like we were on a cruise ship. I was sick at the beginning and I appreciate it we are able to run down and buy stuff instead of having to go outside for grocery shopping. The shuttle is very convenient and took us anywhere. We wanted to go like Main Street the gondola right or the city market.

Enjoyed our two night stay at Beaver Run. Excellent location right next to the Beaver Run Lift and Peak 9. The indoor pool area, sauna and steam room were very nice amenities that our kids enjoyed. The room (Colorado suite) was nice but slightly dated. The breakfast experience at Spencer's was very slow for a la carte service and I would not return to Spencer's in the future. However, overall I would return to stay at Beaver Run and would recommend it as it's a prime location.

Room was grossly mismanaged. The fire place flute was damaged, filling the entire room full of smoke along with all our belonging. When asked for reimbursement, we were told it would evenly air out. We lost two days of vacation due to bronchial symptoms. They did not accommodate in any way shape or form. In fact the TVs didn’t work in either room. Maintenance could not fix this either. Hotel Maintenance records will show both incidents which for our health and well being directly resulted in early departure from the hotel.
This is the sticky note that manager wrote assuring us he would follow through with these concerns. As you can see, this was and is non-sense

We had a great time at the resort. Comfortable beds, even the hide-a-bed was not bad. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities of the resort, hot-tubs, pool, sauna’s, arcade, free shuttle to town (also walkable). The lift is just outside the door and there are lots of restaurants. It is a large resort but everything was very accessible.
