Privacy meets mountain charm at the charming Bystone Villa Retreat on a wooded lot in the exclusive Christie Heights neighborhood. Stone accents and arched windows on the exterior of the home add an instant wow factor and appeal to this quaint home just minutes from historic downtown Breckenridge.

Newly redecorated on the inside in a contemporary mountain style with tile floors, warm faux finish painting, and beautiful woodwork, this home is a perfect home base for your mountain vacation. Convenient to everything – minutes to town, nordic trails, and the Peak 8 mountain base, this home offers something for everyone.

Cozy up in the bright great room on leather couches and armchairs by the fireplace and flat-screen TV and recap the day’s adventures. The open kitchen is a cook’s dream with custom cabinetry, beautiful countertops, a 6-burner cooktop, and a center island. Bar seating allows guests a place to chat with the chef or enjoy coffee in the morning.

An elegant dining area nearby seats eight, with French doors that open to the patio area for summer dining and grilling. Warm yourself up by the fire pit or relax in the hot tub under the Colorado nighttime sky.

On the main level is a split king suite (or 2 XL twins) with plenty of natural light and a beautiful private bathroom. On the upper level is the spacious primary suite with a king bed, sitting area, TV, skylights, private deck, and additional queen sleeper sofa. The beautifully remodeled ensuite bath has a soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Another king bedroom is nearby, sharing a hall bath with the bunk room with 4 twin beds the kids will love.

Other amenities include a 2-bay garage with parking for 5 cars total, a washer and dryer, an easy walk to the free shuttle to Peak 8, and a short walk to the Nordic center for XC skiing. Please note that street parking is prohibited.

This home is pet-friendly with an additional $950 cleaning fee and written approval. Please contact us for details.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Moving Mountains Was Amazing!

This house was great- but the management company was even better. They offered a free shuttle around town that could be booked though an app. They also greeted us with a gift basket of local treats! The house was super clean and comfortable- the beds were especially comfy.

Wonderful House in an Amazing Location

We loved our stay here...the house was wonderful and very well appointed. It was so comfortable for our family and guests, and the large kitchen and open plan made it easy to entertain friends who were in Breckenridge at the same time. It was close to Cucumber Gulch, Peak 8 and was a quick walk to downtown. I also have to say the skylights in the upstairs bedrooms were amazing....we loved watching the stars at night from the comfort of our bed! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to my friends and family.

Nice home!

Very nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. I really was impressed with Paragon. We all felt very safe in and about the house. There was a lot of paperwork to go over and sign but I know it is all done to keep all of us healthy and safe.
