Gorgeous, needs a little TLC

The condo was gorgeously decorated and very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The keys were easy to pick up and drop off. My only issue was basic maintenance issues, items that have been looked over. Not sure if it's because this property isn't used very much or things are not reported? When I reported it to the management company, they offered to bring a maintenance tech the following day, however didn't offer anything to me for my inconvenience. For example, the master bathroom toilet tank flapper was completely deteriorated. Something like this would not have been overlooked had it been a hotel. I would stay here again, I would simply do an entire walk through first and report maintenance items ASAP so that I am not inconvenienced during my stay.
