You will fall in love the moment you step inside, where a gas fireplace warms an open living area that flows into the kitchen and dining. Three bedrooms sleep up to nine, with a king suite, a queen bedroom, a captain's bunk and a sleeper sofa for flexible family arrangements. After a day on the mountain, step onto the outdoor deck to soak in the private hot tub under the stars. The free shuttle stop is just one block away on Broken Lance Drive, and a garage keeps your car out of the snow, making this quaint townhome an easy and comfortable winter retreat.

LOCATION – The Village Point Townhomes are located off Broken Lance Drive in the Warrior's Mark area of Breckenridge. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the QuickSilver and SuperChair, and less than a ten minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop right at the entrance to Village Point which will take you to the slopes, town or anywhere in Summit County.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:

Awesome place!

We loved our stay. Love that the hot tub was just a step out the back door. And it was the perfect location, walkable to downtown breck. One complaint is that the upstairs master doesn’t have a real door. It’s a sliding barn door that has big gaps, so it’s not very private.

Beautiful property!!

It was a gorgeous place enjoyed by all. The only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a bathroom on the main level versus going up or down 2 sets to go to the bathroom. The management company could not have been more attentive with any/ALL questions.

Family Ski Trip

The management company communicated with us regularly leading up to our arrival, also after we checked in, making sure everything was okay. The property was nice, well furnished, up to date. The kitchen has everything you need (and more) for preparing meals during our stay. We were about 50 yards away from the bus stop, with access to the slopes in just a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Village Point 109 was a nice townhouse and perfect for our group. We were a little upset that the fireplace wasn’t functioning properly throughout the trip. Maintenance came very quickly on the first day to turn it on, but it didn’t stay on for more than 8-10 min. Village Point 109 was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was nice and warm after a day out in the snow, but the jets were not blowing. The unit is very nice, but based on the photos we expected it to be larger than it was.
